“2018 Quarteto Tinto! I recommend that! The most smokey, silky , smooth, and lovely. Wow, received as a gift…. Thank you, very Great!“
“We went for a wine tasting today, Scotia was our wine specialist! We tasted some amazing wines, but the best was the Bubbles! Bought some good stuff to take home, if you have time, please visit Scotia at the winery!“
“Tina gave me a wonderful tasting yesterday and the experience was truly interesting - learning more about Italian grape varietals … loved the Fortissimo with 8% Sangiovese - very special
Thank you again Tina … always something new to learn - very special“
“Absolutely live to visit each year. They are hands down my favourite estate winery in all of British Columbia. Their warm hospitality always melts my heart and their wines are beyond incredible, they are heaven sent. I am in love with Suvarna wine, it is so complex and earthy, notes of delicious plum, dark berries and oak come through for me in this wine. Honestly, every wine is delicious and to be savored over great memories with close loved ones, or simply by yourself in celebrating life.“
“Bartie Winery has really good wines and a generous pour… often more than you expect! The staff are welcoming and knowledgeable, which makes the tasting enjoyable. One thing to note: they do charge more for a patio tasting than inside, which feels a bit unfair. That aside, the wines themselves are worth trying and the overall experience is still enjoyable.“
“My tastebuds enjoyed the “Colourful Notes” in these wines. Great service and little boutique store with useful items and local art. A hidden gem discovered.“
“Amazing wine, amazing people. Some of the best BC wine you can find We bought this for our anniversary (we were married in 2015) and I have no words!!!“
“11/10 experience. Visited the winery with my partner and we were seated on the patio with the most stunning view. Surrounded by vineyards and my personal favourite was all the purple Russian sage. James, Jack, Sean and Amanda made the experience exceptional! Attack is my favourite Chardonnay ever !“
“We just had a tasting with Bertie. So knowledgeable and friendly. Wine was fantastic and so was our hostess. Thanks for helping me become a pro at tasting, Bertie!! We will surely enjoy these 4 bottles 😂❤️“
“Bought another couple bottles of Rubeus today, and they'll be lovely. Maverick is one of the 'must haves' for our cellar.“
“Our tasting experience was exceptional - and believe me we are ‘seasoned’ 😁 tasters!
Faye provided a fun, informative tasting experience - she is a GEM
the wine was excellent the bread and reduction a very nice touch!
We WILL be back!!!“
“Absolute HIDDEN GEM! Went for a tasting after being recommended by staff at Hester Creek Winery next door since we like white wine so much. Our server, Angelika was very kind and down to earth, and she was very gracious with her service. It was busy when we arrived but they cleared a space on the bar for us right away and service was speedy! Every single wine we had was phenomenal and very unique, especially since Gehringer Bros was one of the first wineries in the South Okanagan. Tasting is free but I promise you will end up bringing home several bottles because of their awesome prices.“
“We had an incredible wine tasting experience at Gold Hill! Val was knowledgeable and passionate about wine-making and the wines really reflected that! A “must” on your Okanagan wine tour!“
“The grounds are beautiful and the wines are delicious. The charcuterie board might be the best you ever have. Not kidding. Call in advance to order it -- it's laborious to put together! And worth the call. :)“
“wonderful staff, great experience ♡“
“Lovely setting on the deck overlooking vineyards with great wines and excellent breads! Katie provided wonderful service and shared info about the wines, the breads, the winery, the region, and her own family's connection to the area/wine. Highly recommend!“
“Amazing everything. View, wine, people“
“Big shout out to Roberta and all the staff, they really make you feel special when you visit.“
“If you like French-style wine this is the place for you. It’s reservation only and they said they may not do wine tastings next year due to limited stock. Wine tastings are $10 nonrefundable. They were hit hard by the weather and so the yield is very low, this means go before the year ends as this may be the last year they do wine tastings, they’ll be reserving their bottles for wine club members only. Whites start at about $31 and reds start at about $37.“
“Had a wonderful tasting with a very knowledable lady, loved all of the wines, great job!“
“Cassini Cellars is a must stop on your Okanagan wine tour. The choice was five different wines. There is a seperate room walked in glass just for library wines as well as some of the largest bottles I have seen. The hostess was very knowledgeable and friendly and we didn't feel rushed and even stayed open longer for our group. The wine is very good and ours ranged from $24-$50, don't pass by this winery it's a must stop.“
“I recently visited BlackHills Estate Winery and had such an amazing experience! Brett was welcoming, charismatic and knowledgeable. He set us up at a table with a great view and poured us some fantastic wines. At the recommendation of the fabulous manager, Jesse, he was able to open a bottle of bubbles for us to try. Our line-up of wines were great and sparked a lot of conversation. Brett led us through the tasting in an easy, relaxed and professional manner, answering all our questions and informing us of all the latest developments in the Okanagan. He also touched on some of the international wine industry processes which are being used in the Okanagan. My favourite wines from this tasting were the sparkling, the Addendum and the Nota Bene. Always a great pleasure to get out to BlackHills Winery.“
