“I added my photos from my half eaten enlarge veggie feast pizzas with Daiya cheese for reference. My service was excellent, my order was done in a perfect amount of time and done correctly, and the store was clean. This location had exceeded my expectations and made me so happy when I left. I came in scared to order from freshslice because I had had such poor customer service and food from a few different locations over the years that I was truly scared and afraid of the disappointment and frustration going back! I hadn’t ordered from a freshslice in about two years because of my last encounter at a New West location, but I am so glad I came to Port Moody to try! kanwal made my experience so positive and I will for sure be back to this location only. They truly stood behind what freshslice says they stand for- quality and freshness. Thank you, thank you, thank you for the wonderful Friday night dinner, it was delicious, and see you soon.

“I come to this JJbean daily, and every time I'm greeted with friendly faces and good coffee. The staff members are incredibly accommodating!! I don't like to leave my dog out, as it's illegal and there are too many variables. The staff kindly hold my dogs lead while I run in and tap to pay!! It's such a pleasure to see my dog raise their spirits. They even brought out coffee to somone who was nervous to leave their bike out! Customer service is difficult, draining, and comes with the impossible caveat of making everyone happy. We are all in this world together, and in a society, compromise so all can be comfortable to a reasonable degree. Human beings don't become robots when they put on a name tag and work. Keep that in mind, reviewers, when leaving a bad review.“

“Jake was our server. His second week working and you can definitely tell the effort he is putting into it. Obviously being more confident with the menu could have provided a smoother experience, but that comes with time. As a previous restaurant leader, it would be a pleasure to have him on my team of servers.“

Customer service is awesome they're polite and they make sure that your order is finished before somebody can come forward and Budge in front they're very kind. And very professional.

“we love this place, food is good, friendly staff but one thing I think they could improve on, they advertise it as a pub and restaurant, we went a month go with a family with small kids from out of town. we asked for a high chair as one of the kiddies was under one but they didn't have any, and they didn't have kids menus. “This is by far the best cafe/coffeehouse in Coquitlam, if not the lower mainland. Staff are friendly and accommodating, the food is amazing, fresh, and filling, and the coffee is also fantastic! And prices are also really reasonable! “Mean Ed's Pizza on Austin Street in Coquitlam is a neighborood syaple. We ordered the Godfather Which is pepperoni and tomato pizza, with different types of cheese which was flavorful and satisfying. However, my kids opted for the herb and garlic oil pizza, which unfortunately was quite dry. If you're considering the garlic and oil option, I'd recommend ordering it with marinara sauce to add some much-needed moisture and flavor. Overall, Good experience the staff is friendly and ambiance was nice.“
