The Alaskan Seafood sandwich tasted really delicious despite the price. I'd totally recommend this shop! Bear in mind they close early, so if you are on your way to Port Kells or happen to be passing by the area, give this place a visit! Orca approved!“

The team does an amazing job planning for the menu as well as communicating. “We only bought some different beans by Republica, and we haven’t purchased coffee in-store or used their café services, so I can’t comment meaningfully on the service or atmosphere.
However, my father is a big coffee enthusiast. He grinds and brews his own coffee daily, and he has already tried Republica’s beans from different regions. We’ve also tested beans from four or five other roasters across Greater Vancouver.
So far, Republica’s beans stand out as having the BEST ROASTING quality, being the FRESHEST, and also the most reasonably priced in Metro.
If you’re open to enjoying different types of coffee beans, I’d highly recommend taking advantage of their weekly coffee bean sales and you can buy with full confidence.“

“This is my second time here. I came back specifically for the earnest lowkey style cafe I remember from childhood.
To push, no rush. No fancy bs. Just straight up proper decent food at a good price and gentle service. It feels nice starting a day off here.

“Prado Café is hands down one of the best coffee spots around. You can tell they take their coffee seriously — even their drip coffee is next level. Honestly, it’s probably the best drip I’ve had anywhere. Smooth, rich, and full of flavor without any bitterness.
You can taste the quality in every cup, whether you’re grabbing a latte, a cappuccino, or just a simple black coffee. Plus, the vibe in the café is always super welcoming and relaxed. It’s the kind of place you want to sit and stay a while.
If you're into good coffee, Prado should definitely be on your list. They just get it right.“

Lots of seating and easy parking. I arrived around 1 PM and there were a few spots available. There’s a coffee shop inside the bakery. I haven’t tried their coffee yet, but the bakery itself is amazing. The muffins are delicious and the buttery cake was sweet and yummy. Can’t wait to come back and try more!“
“I have been to all of the local Starbucks in South Surrey, and this location is extremely consistent in producing a quality long pour Americano. I am not certain as to why this is not always consistent across the board at some of the other locations... Some say it is the machine or the Barista, etc. Even when this location updated their machines, they still produce an amazing long pour Americano - thank you, thank you! Julie, Maria, and Kevin are super!“

Definitely check this place out for brunch!
One suggestion: make the bread thinner.. the bread is flavourful, but making the bread thinner or increasing the filling will make it better..“

“Relaxing atmosphere and amazing couple! I had the “jack attack omelette” and it was delicious along with the sour dough toast!!! Rare find in Surrey for a nice quiet inviting place to have breakfast coming off the freeway!!! Until next time, I’m going to be back for the lunch menu sandwiches look freaking amazing! 🤩 Can’t say enough about the couple who run it extremely accommodating! I love this place!“
