“I walked by yesterday and saw this tea shop. Daughter loves hojicha so we went for hojicha latte. Excellent Hojicha Latte, both hot and cold, not bitter and full flavoured. We wanted matcha tiramisu but they were out of stock, so we went with sweet potato tart instead. Taste is really good, but portion size is on a small side. They probably have some staffing issues but the lady (owner?) at the counter tried her best to take care of our orders. “Recently I moved to Cloverdale and I can’t believe I didn’t find this café sooner! The coffee is absolutely AMAZING truly the best I’ve had. And the staff is just as incredible. The woman who speaks Spanish (maybe the owner?) is the sweetest, most welcoming person ever, and she always makes me leave with a smile.

You HAVE to try the Maple Latte! Also, the Cloverdale beans are perfect for drip coffee at home. Highly recommend!“

The gal working the counter was super kind - once I realized she was Japanese I asked if I could try ordering in Japanese to get ready for an upcoming trip. They let me, slowly, order and then even encouraged/provided the answer when I was fumbling. Great drip coffee, the blueberry white chocolate scone was firm on the outside and fluffy on the inside. Such a rad experience. Keep it up team. You have a solid thing going and I appreciate your stuff are kind and positive.“

“Went today around 2:30 PM and it wasn’t crowded at all. The food was very tasty, and I loved the atmosphere. The place was clean and very pleasant. The girl who served us, Isha, was very professional and friendly. She was attentive, made us feel welcome, and checked on us to make sure everything was perfect. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely visit again.“

“I have been to all of the local Starbucks in South Surrey, and this location is extremely consistent in producing a quality long pour Americano. I am not certain as to why this is not always consistent across the board at some of the other locations... Some say it is the machine or the Barista, etc. Even when this location updated their machines, they still produce an amazing long pour Americano - thank you, thank you! Julie, Maria, and Kevin are super!“

Lots of seating and easy parking. I arrived around 1 PM and there were a few spots available. There’s a coffee shop inside the bakery. I haven’t tried their coffee yet, but the bakery itself is amazing. The muffins are delicious and the buttery cake was sweet and yummy. Can’t wait to come back and try more!“
