I was able to email ahead and they confirmed to let me know they had received the order and would have it prepared on time. “On May 9th I placed a large order to be picked up for May 13 for a mid morning lunch. This location has exceeded all my expectations from having the order prepared on time, if not even a 10 min prior to the time of pick up that was given. The team has been really proactive at how they treat you when you go in, always greet and are always up for going above and beyond to make what you want for a subway sandwich.

My most recent experience was on June 26, 2025 and the team was ready to help each other make the sandwiches as well as they did not make it seem like I waited long at all for my sandwich. The woman there were sweet, kind and always make my sandwich order as I ask. By far all 5 stars from me and if I could give more I would.

“I would rate this as a 3.5 star because there were some good people who worked here. after finishing up my 3 sandwiches, one of the ladies behind the counter wrote the type of Sandwich we got on the wrap. One was for me, one was for my brother and the other was for my father. The lady got all the types of sandwich naming wrong and we had to swap sandwiches around. To be honest I think this is a little inconvenient and in some cases not very acceptable because there may be some ingredients that some others can be allergic to and naming sandwiches on the wrong wrappers isn’t going to be very helpful.

“Great, friendly staff / service. I love Subway now and then.Today for lunch, I decided that I wanted flatbread and I see that the flatbread is much thinner now. Tomatoes mushy, tasteless and my rotisserie chicken a bit dry. Inflation, I get it / it's affecting us all. But if you want something to hold your meat and vegetables so you can take a bit of your sandwich, do not go with the flatbread. It's almost like a wrap now. A bit disappointed Subway has thinned out their flatbread or should I say, made it more more flat! ha

Parking: Free underground parking if you want to shop at Shopper's and Nesters. I forget if street parking is free these days around this area.“
