“Today I went to visit my local Starbucks at Tsawwassen Commona after my workout, as I do most days! Unfortunately due to the global IT issue, their systems were down and so the cafe was closed. So, I called them to see if I could walk thru the drive thru ? which I couldn’t because of safety. However, Emily (I hope I got her name right) offered to make me my drink and bring it out to me. I was extremely surprised and appreciative of her offer but confused on how I would pay for it. She told me not to worry, today it would be at no charge. This is next level customer service. I just want to thank the entire team that was there today working hard through these issues. I’ve been sick for a week, just got back to the gym and this truly made my day so much better.
