Server Ellen is very competent and friendly! She clearly cares about her job and it's a pleasure to be served by her. It's a great restaurant but many would think that it's all the employees, food, atmosphere, waiting time, etc. that determines the rating for the place. I'd say that only a few servers or even one server who puts in the right effort can make the place feel great!
BP has been my favourite for the 25+ years I've been in Canada. I have gone countless times to many different locations and not once I have been disappointed. Always super friendly and professional service, great food, great drinks, awesome atmosphere and tonight it was no exception. A very pleasant experience, just as I expected. Layla is an amazing bartender! She is kind and attentive. She always checked in at the right times and knew the menu and drinks well. She genuinely has a positive attitude and made the overall experience better. I would definitely come back because of her !
