The server almost fell asleep during work. Full of msg, every time when I dined in here, I need to have a lot of water
Everything is okay. Food, service, and atmosphere. Place is open 24 hours so that’s a perk. When I came in one of the owners was having a full blown argument with a guest so that was interesting. There are definitely other Pho restaurants that you can go to but if you need a quick and hot bowl at 3am, this is it. Other than that, gets 4 stars only cause place is somewhat sentimental to me.
I notice soup is a little bit oily these time.

The restaurant is simple and basic in appearance, with an atmosphere that can be a little overwhelming due to mirrors and odd remixes. For a late-night craving, it feels like the closest thing to having Saigon in your heart. There is a small amount of free parking available.
