Try Paramount for fresh and hot dim sum! Dined here with my colleagues to celebrate one of my colleague's retirement party. We were a party of 15 so they sat us at two tables. We ordered a bunch of dishes to share and the portions were perfect for sharing. The prices were reasonable and we ended up with leftovers. Additional comments: If possible, make a reservation in advance for their eight-treasure gourd duck. Theirs is the most authentic Babao Gourd Duck that I have eaten in Vancouver so far.
