“My favorite place to get a rooibos tea latte! Not many places offer a caffeine free latte so definitely the place to go when you're going on a "coffee" date :) staff are also really nice, and they have a small menu as well with GF options“

“A few friends and I gathered at the Pür & Simple location in Central Kelowna, and the experience was delightful. Together, we enjoyed the atmosphere of the modern, yet simple breakfast/lunch places in Kelowna. Their coffee was delicious and so were the meals. Overall, I would highly recommend any visitor coming to Kelowna to check out this place if you are looking for a simple, modern dining experience.“

“The lower rating is due to a timing issue. I ordered ahead on the app (got a free Venti Iced Chai Latte because it was my birthday. Nice!) I then spent over 10 minutes sitting in my car beside the speaker with 3 cars ahead of me and 2 behind me.
Not a word came from the speaker, even though I was occasionally talking to it. We all just sat there. No movement at the window either.
Then a group of about 6 high schoolers walked out with drinks and I realized what time it was... school just got out. It must have been packed inside.
I was supposed to be able to pick up my drink a 3:26 pm. It wasn't in my hand until 3:47 pm. I wasn't in any rush, and thank goodness I had AC in my car in the 34° heat but someone should have said something, anything over the speaker or they should have had someone run out from the store to let those of us, in the drive-thru, know what was going on.
I dont know who the team lead or manager was but do better.“

“I wanted publicly to thank Ant-Man. After I ordered my matcha latte, (that I've never tried before) & a ham and cheese croissant, he said that's exactly what he likes and he called us twinsies. That made me smile cuz I told him that it's been a hard day & I'm going to treat myself to something good.
We spoke a bit at the window and I noticed his nickname. I thought it was so cute and it wasn't until I got home that I noticed that he wrote on my cup twinsies with a :-) & hope the rest of the day becomes amazing. It brought me to tears. The kindness that he showed because it was exactly what I needed that day. I'm now going to save that cup forever to remind myself that there are still alot of good people in this world. I prefer to call them angels.“

“I actually live just down the street from this Starbucks and have never been before. Had a great breakfast wrap, a cinnamon cake slice and an Americano coffee. Will def be going back, maybe take a book or my tablet next time.
Vegetarian options: Veggie wraps, egg bites..whole egg or just the whites.
Dietary restrictions: Alternate dairy options..almond, oat etc.“

“They great. Everything is great. They made a custom drink for the wifey in the maternity section because she demanded and she was very appreciative in between the stress ha! If you know what I mean 🙈 the food snack things are also very good. Glad they are such a high quality establishment to help with hospital stress sections.“
“Overall Analog is a great spot for a quick grab and go coffee. Seating is a bit tight, but they do have plug-ins which I’m a fan of. The space can get a bit loud, but the ceilings and natural light help to make up for that! I got a mocha and sandwich and was happy with it. Both were really tasty, but the prices for food did feel a bit high for what I got! That said, I will be back for a grab and go coffee on the way to the beach this summer!“

“First time to stop by here and I was not disappointed. My kids loved their chocolate cookies and they willingly sat on the corner while finishing their cookies ❤️ The staff were very nice as well. I must commend the washroom is very clean too! 🥹 The only thing I wish they can add is the accessible doors. It will be easier for parents with strollers/ wagon and for people on a wheelchair.“

“I really love this location, everything from the food, staff, etc., is fantastic, my only complaints is I wish when it came to online orders, that staff was made aware that when packaging items, it's not a good idea to place muffins on top of donuts with icing or to place said donuts up against a hot beverage. Whie an adult might be okay with the icing on their donut being stuck to a paper bag, a young kid does not. The frustrating part is you guys have boxes for donuts with toppings, but yet you don't think to use them for online orders. I have tried using the space to specify having the donut placed in a box when ordering online, and not once has the staff read it or acknowledged it, just food for thought!!!“
“My 8yr old daughter and I tried your specialty tea Caramel Apple it was devine! she doesn't usually drink tea but we both really enjoyed this blend! we highly recommend you go in and try this cup of tea! The best way to drink tea is using chibaba tea!“

There was a nicer selection of drinks than what I was expecting which made my choice difficult. The drinks were very tasty! We will return and encourage everyone to check out this location and support Canadian business! Lots of good looking treats too!“
