The food was so good I forgot to take pictures of everything before eating. Their dumplings and their pork bun/sandwich were excellent, and all their noodles had amazing flavour and texture. I truly appreciate the kids meal that included a drink and even a few gummies. The chicken katsu was really good and not greasy! Great service and there's parking on the street for free.

It is a premium product and more expensive than local alternatives. It is worth it. Family members even fight over the leftovers a day later.”

“This was our first time here. We chose it because we had to have a meeting and this was a central location with some coming from the Sunshine Coast. I normally am not a fan of pizza, once a year is good enough for me. However, that has now changed. This pizza was so fresh and tasted amazing, especially the crust! I asked for light sauce and the amount was perfect. The owner was very accommodating, some wanted coffee which they don't serve, but he allowed us to pop down the block and grab one from Starbucks and bring it back to have with our meal. The regulars were super friendly and at lunchtime was pretty busy with a lot of workers coming in for lunch. We will definitely be back and would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone!”

“I was recently did take out with a friend submitted a review suggesting that he received food poisoning from the food..I ate the same food from the same containers that he ate from and had leftovers the next day with another friend and were fine. The food was delicious ,portions were generous and when they forgot to put all the containers in the bag to take away i called them to mention this and they offered to add prawn and crab rolls to compensate for there mistake..i would not hesitate to recommend this restaurant..”

“The food here was really amazing. We ordered the special roll combo, and everything tasted great. I’m vegetarian, and they still had excellent options that didn’t compromise on flavor. The salad that comes with the combo was surprisingly delicious too.

The only issue we had was that the server cleared our salad bowls without asking. I had already finished mine, but my friend still wanted to eat hers later with the sushi when it arrived. Since my empty bowl was stacked over her half-full one, the server took both, and we were too shy to say anything at the moment. It wasn’t a huge problem, but it did affect the experience a bit.

Other than that, the atmosphere was great, the portions were solid, and for the price, it’s definitely worth the money. Overall, a really good spot we’d come back to.”

I ordered the Keto Benny- not because I am Keto, but because it sounded so good: Eggs Benny on roasted eggplant instead of toast! It was amazing. And the server offered me 1/2 salad and 1/2 potatoes. The salad was crisp and fresh with a delicious dressing.The restaurant was fully packed but it was not loud- it was cozy and comfortable.”

Loong's serves above average Chinese food. I'm no expert, but I enjoyed it. We had the noodles with XO sauce (they subbed chicken for pork), and the Sweet & Sour Pork.

They deserve 5 stars, to balance off the irrelevant reviews for the former sushi place, that used to be at this address (get your act together, Google).”

“We were out for a walk finishing at the Ambleside seawall, so we stopped by here for a drink and treat to fuel up before walking home.

My wife had a pain au chocolat and a flat white. The pastry was very flaky and chocolaty gf not too sweet while the drink had some caffeine to help gives us energy for the wall home.

I ordered a house pressed lemonade and an almond croissant. The lemonade was refreshing but not too sweet, more tart. The croissant was so flaky and the almond paste so flavourful! They were both great after the walk!

This place is definitely worth a visit!”

The staff are always ready a with a smile and friendly greeting, no matter the time, and the coffee is excellent. It's lovely to sit and enjoy a coffee outside in the sunshine or when it's cool and wet, inside with the work of local artists on the wall. It's a place to relax where friends and the local community have gathered to chat over warm drinks and tasty snacks for many, many years.”

Staff yakking on the phone or talking to each other while they leave you waiting. The toppings on my tacos were a joke. They just threw it together without a clue. Maybe a cultural thing as they were not Latino and had no pride. Zero meat. This is the first time I have bothered to post a bad review about anything. I have been traveling Mexico for over 45 years and built 4 vacation rentals in a place called Yelapa down the coast from PV and this place is a blight on the landscape. I dug”

“I was on a way to a hike for my birthday and wanted to stop by a cafe and this popped up on google maps. I usually roll my eyes when I see reviews saying it’s a hidden gem, but it was actually kinda hidden and it is a gem of a place, so I’m happy I stopped by!

I ordered a latte, a pecan fancier and a croissant. Absolutely amazing! They have their own in house baker that makes their baked goods.

Latte was well balanced and the art was so pretty. Perfect amount of foam and I love how the cup was big enough to dip the baked goods in it.

Croissant was super crispy on the outside but soft and buttery on the inside. It makes the perfect crisp noise when being pulled apart!

Fancier was crunchy on the outside and moist on the inside. The pecans added such a nice texture. It was so good!

Atmosphere: I loved the interior decor and furnishings inside. It really felt on theme for a Paris/french vibe. I loved the chairs inside with the rattan design, it always makes places feel more premium.

Service: the barista was really nice and was helpful when I didn’t know what to get. Even asked me how the baked goods were when I went to drop off my plates and cup.

Areas for improvement: I had a great first impression and experience, but if I were to be nit picky then I do have a couple minor suggestions! First being the bathroom. It was clean and tidy and not smelly at all. I only noticed that there could be a deeper clean to get rid of scuff marks along the door and the floor. It’s tough because the door is white so it’s more noticeable. I didn’t have a particular problem but it’s something I noticed since it’s such a contrast from the beautiful bright and clean cafe atmosphere.

Second is the coffee mate at the side station. I felt it was out of place and ruined the high end illusion for me. I understand small businesses can’t afford a self serve milk and cream canister, but I’d rather have there be a sign saying you have to ask for cream/milk or the barista to ask you if you want milk (note I ordered a latte so this wasn’t applicable to me, it’s just something I wanted to point out). I also think that it’s a disservice to your coffee and beautiful pastries to have whitener in the same vicinity.

Third is make it known your baked goods are made by your in house baker! I don’t think I saw a sign big enough and people need to know more info about this baker!”
