“While walking along Robson Street during the holidays, I stopped for lunch at Chicko Chicken. I ordered the Chicko meal with boneless chicken, fries, and a drink. Everything is prepared fresh, so there is a short wait, but it’s worth it. The chicken was juicy inside and crispy outside, and the fries were hot and crisp. Jiyhe provided attentive, welcoming service.“

“Amazing staff, great service and delicious food.
This place is paradise for chiken lovers. They have different spice level available for all.
They also have great vegetarian options The veggie bowl, burger and salads are must try.
I love their side options as well, the mac n cheese and Brussels sprouts are yum!
Niya is such a lovely person, very welcoming, polite and helpful. Always goes above and beyond!
The location is wheelchair accessible at the entrance but the dining area is not accessible. They also have outdoor seating area which is perfect for summer.
The washrooms are clean and tidy“

“Visited after an appointment. Ordered 10 pieces chicken, a deluxe chicken sandwich and family size pasta. The chicken was fantastic, super crunchy and some were mild spicy. Deluxe chicken sandwich was crispy, lettuce and tomato were fresh. The family size pasta was only ok and kinda small. It definitely would not feed 3-5ppl.
Great customer service. 1 menu screen was broken so couldn’t see prices. She rung up each menu item to show me the price. The food came out fast and fresh.“

Bubbles was also friendly and welcoming, and Suhk in the kitchen did a great job. The food tasted fresh and delicious, and the entire team provided outstanding customer service. “I returned to Church’s Chicken after almost three years, and I really love their chicken. This time, I was even happier with the service. The service was excellent. There was an associate dedicated to customer service who seemed genuinely committed to her work. I felt much more satisfied with the service compared to the past. I was curious to know the name of the associate who provided such good service to me. I saw the name, her name was Rista. I’m really impressed with the service you provided. Please maintain this level of customer interaction. If anyone is a customer of Church’s Chicken, I recommend visiting the location on Slocan Street Kingsway.“

Personal preference better than KFC. However, food is greasy and oily as expected at a fried chicken place.

“A staff charged extra $2 for mixing Spicy and Regular chickens for the 3 piece combo.
But a week later, a different staff didn't charge for the mixed chickens. When I asked what is the store policy, they said mixing is free.
Why would a staff charge me extra $2 when they can't pocket the money? Or.... they CAN pocket?
I know punjabi fast food workers dont get much love on the internet. But this location the staffs are alright. The glasses lady who seems to be the supervisor/leader is professional.“

First time at a Nandos.
If u aren’t familiar w Nandos u get seated & given a menu but when you've decided what you want, you yourself get up & take the menu to the front counter to order, then leave it there or return it the original menu storage place yourself.
Was ok.
Missing the 1 star since I personally did not really like my chicken bowl, felt a bit dry/too spicy, but it's a subjective taste in the end. Also got a coleslaw which was satisfactory.
However the restaurant itself was clean & spacious & the interior design was nice.
Personal bathrooms too.“
