“I have celiac disease and follow a gluten‑free diet, so I always have to be careful about cross‑contamination. Before visiting any restaurant, I call ahead to make sure they understand what celiac disease means. I spoke with Raviji, owner of Niravva Indian Resturant, on Victoria Drive, and he assured me the food would be safe for me. Because of cross‑contamination, my wife and I usually avoid Indian restaurants. But last Sunday, we went to Nirvana India Restaurant and we had such a wonderful experience. Opiji came to our table and explained that they prepare all their masalas in‑house and that everything would be safe for me. They even make gluten‑free roti from scratch. It was the first time I ever had a gluten‑free roti in a restaurant. The food was delicious, and the staff were warm and attentive. We also spoke with Opiji, who even shared a simple tip for making gluten‑free roti at home. For the first time, we felt we had found a safe Indian restaurant for us.“

“Hidden gem! JJ Dosa is delicious, and the service was friendly and attentive. The mysore masala dosa was great! It was perfectly spiced, flavorful, and the dosa itself was crisp and delicious. The sambar and chutneys were excellent as well. I also tried kunbakonam coffee for the first time after my meal and really enjoyed it. If you’re looking for quality South Indian food, this is a great spot for both dine-in and takeout“

One of the things that truly makes a huge impact is value…how much I pay and the quality of food has its own little algorithm that dictates whether or not I choose to eat somewhere again in the future. Well, this place is off the charts…they really know how to do Indian cuisine! The prices were better than I expected and I left with a smile on my face. It was delicious! Loved the Butter Chicken wrap, and it’s honestly one of my fav quick meals. So much flavor, super satisfying and amazing value! Definitely be back to explore more of the menu.

“The decoration is 5 stars the food is ok they have afew options not much.i was there for iftra with my family once the food finished then its done and you have to wait for at least 30 mins till the refill it . We didn’t get chance to try the dessert because there is a small portion like 10 small serving of fermi once it finished they didn’t replace so you have to be careful with dessert. Unless if you want to pay extra for bakery and buy to eat with your tea . Also it was Ramadan every thing is limited ,tea, manto, rice over all for afghans buffet is not bad . It’s was much better if they cook enough and have afew servers“

“Delicious dishes in a very comfortable setting. Really pleasant servers who smile and make you feel comfortable. Overall the dishes were exceptional; I love the lamb curry and the vegetable thali. The butter chicken melts in your mouth. Try the happy hour lunch menu if you are by yourself. You get a tray of lamb, chicken or vegetable curry along with rice, naan, potato curry and crispy pakora. “It was our first visit to this restaurant but not the last. We found this place by chance. We were starving and did not have a lot of time as we had to catch ferry. the staff person was very polite and understanding about it and our dinner was served super quick. Everything that we had ordered was delicious. My husband and I did not expect it to be this good. the staff person was very respectful. I ate good authentic Indian food after a long time.
