“My first time eating here. I love a good BLT and most chain sandwich shops make sub par ones. This was a really good sandwich mind you I did order extra bacon (bacon is king) and it was worth the extra $.
Ordered online and took me about 10 minutes to drive there (half of that was looking for parking) and the order was ready when I arrived.
Next time I want to try the French Dip since I have not had a good one in many years.“

“This particular Subway location is always awesome! I stop in to pick up a sandwich for lunch every couple of weeks and service is consistently friendly and efficient. The ladies who work the early afternoon shift during the week are always so nice, it is a pleasure to come back to! Sandwiches are always yummy☺️“

“Surprisingly good prices and portion sizes. Food quality was good as well.
They were a bit understaffed, which contributed to longer waits but they were still friendly and tried their best.
The paper menu is outdated so they no longer offer some of the items like the power bowls. They've also added more items to the menu that doesn't reflect on the paper ones, which can get confusing when you're ordering for the first time.“

“This was a nice change for me. Walked in, new look! Warmly greeted! Michaela jumped right in and was so helpful and friendly! She made me a super AMAZING sub! Not what I remember Subway being like at all. The meat, toppings and bread were great! Place was spotless and extra friendly staff! I will be back! And thanks Michaela for your friendly service and warm demeanor. You are a gem!“

“In my interactions with the staff, and I have been going there since they opened, they have always been helpful and considerate.
Today, I had an order incompleted, I called in, they readily acknowledged the problem and has made it right.
I do see some turnover there, but it has always seemed that they are working towards being better.
My appreciation to all who have served us.“

“5 Stars for this Jersey Mike's location and staff. They are fast and know how to build a great sandwich that each slice of meat is cut to order! We even had one sandwich with Gluten Free bread that was really good. Love my sandwich built "Mike's way" and always fresh Italian subs you can beat it!

“Phil Jones, the owner of Jersey Mike’s at 7110 Avenida Encinas in Carlsbad, absolutely knocked it out of the park for our event! From start to finish, the experience was seamless. Despite some challenges around our program’s net-30 payment terms, Phil didn’t bat an eye — his professionalism and willingness to work with us stood out immediately.
The sandwiches were incredibly fresh, the display was beautifully done, and the service was top-notch. Phil was a joy to work with, and we had more than enough food to share with our local sheriff’s department, highway patrol, CalFIRE, Secret Service, and Assemblymembers — everyone was raving about it!
While many may not realize it, each Jersey Mike’s location is independently owned and operated, making them small businesses in their own right. Phil exemplifies everything you’d want in a small business owner — reliable, responsive, and dedicated to quality.
