“I wanted to acknowledge a staff member and a manager who went above to help with an issue.
We had ordered online for home delivery and the order turned out to be incorrect upon delivery. After discovering the issue, I called the local Bressi Ranch location where we’d placed the order and explained the situation. The staff member (Nicole) with whom I spoke verified the order that we placed and was not only understanding, but apologetic and suggested that we speak to one of the mangers to get a resolution. She managed it up the right way, but since it was during the dinner rush and very busy we couldn’t get that manager on the phone after a wait, so she suggested calling back a little later or the following day when it was less hectic.
The next day I happened to be in the area so decided to stop by. I spoke with a manger (Angelica) and explained the situation. She listened intently and verified everything again (as she should) and went the extra mile to make it right by offering us an in-store gift card to use on our next visit. She did this with kindness, professionalism and a smile! We were most appreciative as we really enjoy the fresh food options at Mendocino Farms and will definitely be back thanks to a great customer service experience! Keep up the great work!“

“My first time eating here. I love a good BLT and most chain sandwich shops make sub par ones. This was a really good sandwich mind you I did order extra bacon (bacon is king) and it was worth the extra $.

Ordered online and took me about 10 minutes to drive there (half of that was looking for parking) and the order was ready when I arrived.

Next time I want to try the French Dip since I have not had a good one in many years.“

“5 Stars for this Jersey Mike's location and staff. They are fast and know how to build a great sandwich that each slice of meat is cut to order! We even had one sandwich with Gluten Free bread that was really good. Love my sandwich built "Mike's way" and always fresh Italian subs you can beat it!

“This particular Subway location is always awesome! I stop in to pick up a sandwich for lunch every couple of weeks and service is consistently friendly and efficient. The ladies who work the early afternoon shift during the week are always so nice, it is a pleasure to come back to! Sandwiches are always yummy☺️“

They were a bit understaffed, which contributed to longer waits but they were still friendly and tried their best.

The paper menu is outdated so they no longer offer some of the items like the power bowls. They've also added more items to the menu that doesn't reflect on the paper ones, which can get confusing when you're ordering for the first time.“

“In my interactions with the staff, and I have been going there since they opened, they have always been helpful and considerate.

Today, I had an order incompleted, I called in, they readily acknowledged the problem and has made it right.

I do see some turnover there, but it has always seemed that they are working towards being better.

Despite some challenges around our program’s net-30 payment terms, Phil didn’t bat an eye — his professionalism and willingness to work with us stood out immediately.

The sandwiches were incredibly fresh, the display was beautifully done, and the service was top-notch. Phil was a joy to work with, and we had more than enough food to share with our local sheriff’s department, highway patrol, CalFIRE, Secret Service, and Assemblymembers — everyone was raving about it!
