Most shudder at the idea, but this coffee is rich and absolutely delicious--- and the strength, which is a relative term, only increases the enjoyment. Starbuck's, for example, is strong, as well, but it can be bitter and harsh. Not so wide WE beans! Quite the opposite. It's a grand place to sit and relax, and the atmosphere is cordial and inviting. It is now our favorite "coffee haunt."“

They can get me in and out in less than 5 mins. Like.... other Starbucks get on their level plz! And the drinks are always amazing! “we LOVE Cozy Tea & Juice. tried a few things and now we get our favorites every time. we call this "Our drink place!!" enjoyed some of the appetizers also, but they take a little while to get, so call and order ahead for pick-up. LOVE IT!!“

“I love sharetea and I’ve been coming here a lot. Service is always fast and the atmosphere is nice. One thing that takes away a star from the review is the consistency. The drinks aren’t consistent. Some days, the drinks are super delicious and have the perfect taste (worth 6 star rating, if that was possible!); other days, they’re watered down and aren’t as sweet as I ordered. Sometimes they’re lukewarm warm because of the boba. Sometimes the ice is melted down. Some days I’ve ordered drinks and have barely finished them because of the differing tastes. I’m not sure if this is an employee issue, since many different people make the drinks, but this Sharetea would be perfect if the taste of the drinks were consistent every day. Other than that, everything is great. If the consistency of the drinks improve, I’ll 100% be back to leave a 5+++ star review! :)“

“This is by far the upmost best Starbucks location throughout Santa Clarita Valley. I strive to come every single morning to get greeted, assisted & serve by the most outstanding BARISTA named JAY. He blew my mind when i walked in to place my order, but before I could verbalize my specialty styled drink, Jay immediately said EXACTLY my order down to the tee, and left no crumbs. Omgosh!! I was extremely impressed, surprised he remembered since he serves several patrons through the day. Jay not only gave me such an unforgettable experience, but an experience where I will FOREVER do business with this location. Jay is one of those persons who are unsung Hero's, making the lives of others around him more worthy because of sweet gestures & an award winning demeanor to go with his eccentric personality.. My goodness I truly respect & love this fellow, he's really a gem to the Stsrbucks brand. It's not just a job, but it's so much more than that to Jay, and he exudes that through his charismatic approach.
I truly want Starbucks to not only recognize Jay for his hardworking & courageous spirit, but for the sinple fact he's takes making his colleagues & customers feel heard, seen, appreciated, and warm. Thank you Jay!!!! Today is Thanksgiving, hope nothing but love & blessings for you going forward.

“I took two friends here for a coffee break and for dessert. The drinks and food were great, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. Best of all, we had a nice place to sit and chat for a fairly long period of time without feeling like we had overstayed our welcome. This one is very ideally situated on a main drag in Valencia, so it was very easy to get to, and there is ample parking.“

“I enjoy coming here on a regular basis because both the staff and the product is good.recently though, and sadly, they only have one person working and they will have five or six people placing their orders and many of those orders are there smoothie variations Rich require a lot of work and a lot of time. those of us who want coffee or team sometimes have to wait five or ten minutes just to get our order. And that is not good service and it's some point we will have to think twice about coming here.“

“Recently for some reason a lot of Starbucks baristas have had not the best attitude and honestly I felt as if I was asking for a free favor instead of buying and paying for an expensive coffee drink.
HOWEVER , today when I stopped by this Starbucks , our barista Mike took me back to why I started going to Starbucks in the first place , he was very polite, cheerful, very enthusiastic, charismatic and truly cared to get our drinks right. He actually make me want to go back there and get more drinks and tell my friends to go there for their Starbies!!

Super friendly and both welcomed us when we entered and wished us well as we left. Highly recommend this store. Inside of store was also VERY tidy, organized and easy to navigate.“

“Super cute atmosphere and attention to detail, but the sausage egg and cheese muffin looked like they intentionally threw each item on eachother from across the room. The egg was 50% off the muffin and the cheese was 75% off it. Plus the muffin was like...bunched up like it had been squished sideways. I don't know why. The employee was super nice and we had no issues with the customer service, so it's not like we did something to deserve the food looking this way. It tasted blah too. The drinks were also... just okay. The lavender matcha had no matcha flavor. It was like lavender milk. The Hawaiian latte had good flavor but the "whipped cream" was really whipped topping. No cream in sight. It was disgusting. I Iiterally couldn't stomach it. Overall cute place and great service, but drinks and food were disappointing.

UPDATE: I have increased the rating by a star because I have since tried a few more drinks while we happened to be in the area and they were WAY better than the first two we tried. The Terminator soda drink and the spiced chai were SOOOOOO good!! So I guess you just need to know what to order?“

“Great little diner on Main Street in Old Town Newhall. All kinds of old license plates on the walls and other cool old signs. Prices & serving sizes were great with a super friendly staff! The waitress told me the building it is in used to be an ice cream parlor and there is a section of the original bar counter top and stools still in use! “The food is amazing for those who love boba! The atmosphere has an amazing smell when you walk in the morning nearing when they open. The shop is smaller and you can tell that their won't be much room, although their are few seats outside and Inside. THERE ARE NO BATHROOMS!!!! If you really have to go pee, this is not a good place to go. Their amazing boba smells will lure you in and make you get some boba that will make you wet your pants it's so good. They have many non-dairy options such as non-dairy milk powder, oat milk, almond milk, and coconut milk. My favorite is probably the "Mango Milk w/ Mango Popping Boba and oat milk." One of their biggest hits I've heard has been the "Oreo Twist boba," although I'm not sure if this one can be made vegan. Another new product they presented to us just a couple months ago were "Vegan Mochi's!" Haven't tried these little guys yet, but they sound good! In conclusion, if your looking for a nice refreshing drink and need some sweetness in your life, go to Boba Boba Saugus Now!

I liked how you have multiple different options to order (online, at the cashier, or one of the tables)The menu has good variety of selections (smoothies, milk teas, etc). I asked the staff and she recommended me to try having the strawberry coconut smoothie and it was refreshing. I had no idea it would be that BUSSING!The seating was good.
