“It's basically identical to Starbucks, but big corporations have that effect. Peet's coffee is very high quality. The food is just what you would get at any coffee shop, nothing amazing there. I will eat it though, don't get me wrong. Service is great, especially for how busy they get. The atmosphere is not great but there is only so much you can do with a small space. That's Sonoma's achilles heel, space. I like the place and it's a great location. The only thing that is hard for me to get used to is how everyone feels they need to bring their dog into a coffee shop. It's gross, sorry. I have a lot of hospitality experience and it's purely a sanitation issue. But, that's California for you. Always weird.“

“My favorite drive up Coffee Shop. Love their Matcha Latte I get mine iced and ask for lavender simple syrup. Just about all the barista’s know my order and more often then not have it ready before I roll up to the window. They are all very friendly and welcoming.“

“I have enjoyed the menu at sweet pea bakery for several years now. When I was going through some medical issues, my daughter from out of town kindly bought me a gift certificate to sweet pea and send it to me via email unfortunately, sweet pea staff was not able to figure out how to use a digital gift certificate And I was unable to use it. I was disappointed that I couldn’t use it, but more disappointed that they did not offer me money back on the gift certificate.“

The barista and service were a bit slow but it seemed more in the spirit of careful and deliberate work than anything else. The workspace was being kept incredibly clean and tidy and the barista and cashier seems very in sync putting together the orders.“

My dish was very spicy Mexican 🌶️ dish which actually gave me an upset stomach. I will come back and order the biscuits and gravy next time. Casual atmosphere.“

The only downside:
100% of the time I'm passing by, I get the craving to stop by and get a donut. But only 10% of the time, I have cash with me.

I don't want to tell you the amount of times they could've had 10X more business from me, but didn't, just because they are CASH ONLY and I don't have cash.

Their lobby would look much better if they just paid the credit card processing fees.“

“I had to review this Starbucks because 1) they don't mess-up your order 2) they don't mess-up the coffee (perfect temp/flavors), but more importantly 3) the employees who work here are friendly and truly hard-working. The world does not revolve around us but Customer Service such as the one you get at the Starbucks inside the target located in Napa make you feel like the world does revolve around you!
