“This is the most authentic Mexican food I've ever had in Palmdale. Everything was homemade from the meat to the chips and tortillas! The chips alone where amazing! The tamales were so moist and fresh. And the wet burritos were incredible! You can tell the tortilla was handmade when chewing it. All amazing and this place deserves a chance for all to try!“

“Not from the area just wanted albondigas (meatball soup) not a lot of places had it by my hotel so I came here. Honestly wasn't sure at first service was a little slow but they were just opening up, chips and salsa were good fresh and salty, the glass of water had a funky tap water taste but not enough to ruin the meal which was delicious 👍 got a side of rice with it during the lunch special came out to 13$ and I had left over rice to take back. If I'm ever out here again I'm coming back for another bowl“

I absolutely love the food there so delicious and in my opinion probably some of if not the best burritos and tacos I've had in the AV.They're also really friendly too got an order of burritos tonight and I ask for no onions or cilantro got home they had onions and cilantro. No big deal mistakes happen nothing to lose my head about. I go back let them know and they were nice enough to just make me two new burritos no issues and no hard times. I'll definitely keep going there for my burrito craving times and I'll definitely keep recommending them to people looking for some good street food! 5 Stars all the way!“

“Indoor dining is great. Medrano’s still hasn’t learned how to pack a go order. The soup lids are so flimsy that if you put more than one on top of the other one, the lid breaks and spills soup. Then, if the chips are packed in the soup bag, the bottom of the chip bag gets wet. When you try to get the chips out, the bottom of the bag rips and chips go all over the floor. This isn’t the first time this has happened. This will be the last time. The other place I eat wraps plastic around the whole soup container, so if the lid does break, the soup still stays in the holder.“

“Wow!!! This food was AMAZING and AUTHENTIC!!! I had the birria taco with guacamole!!!! Amazing homemade tortillas with slow cooked roasted beef …. It was actually super healthy! I loved it!!! This is a place you can eat at, but it’s a little small and dark inside. But, You can eat outside too.

I usually take it to go! The food is soooo good and the price is very inexpensive!!! Go and experience tasty Mexican food.

“I don’t usually leave reviews, but Hot Chili Grill & Bar in Palmdale deserves one. I’ve been coming here a while, and the food has never disappointed. The asada fries and nachos Always hit. Burritos are solid too, not skimpy on the meat like some places. Everything’s flavorful, filling, and consistent. You can tell they take pride in what they serve. Definitely one of my spots when I’m craving something good.“

“The food is good, they actually condiment the meat. The service was good, they explained what the food contained, but they were a bit stingy with the salsa. The atmosphere was ok, it was hot and there was a lot of smoke. They just opened up so I'm assuming they still have to get the a/c situated and a vent for the smoke. I feel bad for the workers. I was ready to get out of there due to the heat.

(Update: they finally got the ac running. The adobada tortas are delicious and the molcan was crazy good. I've never tried anything like it. The only downside is that you leave smelling like smoke.)“

“If you come here be prepared to taste really yummy food and wait for an HR till you get it so come with extra time because ur gonna be here for a little while. I think it's only two ppl working per day or maybe ? one.... Apparently they have the best Birria consume I've ever tested and I get a quesadilla de maiz on the side. No carne. I also like their selection of drinks there's more than plenty of drink options for those who are picky there's even cappuccino. Glass drinks canned and natural. The first time I came here I didn't like the location but it's just in the cut. Bring cash or card and don't rush the food takes 30min to come out. it's packed by 10 am.

“Always clean. Quick service. Sometimes they run out of things but only on a rare occasion. last time they had no shrimp and I love their Shrimp tacos. Those are some big filling tacos. Great taste no sauce needed. But I do enjoy they're sauces. I go inside so I can enjoy my meal right away. Can never go wrong with a taco salad.
