“The food is good, they actually condiment the meat. The service was good, they explained what the food contained, but they were a bit stingy with the salsa. The atmosphere was ok, it was hot and there was a lot of smoke. They just opened up so I'm assuming they still have to get the a/c situated and a vent for the smoke. I feel bad for the workers. I was ready to get out of there due to the heat.

(Update: they finally got the ac running. The adobada tortas are delicious and the molcan was crazy good. I've never tried anything like it. The only downside is that you leave smelling like smoke.)“

There could not be enough burning hot chilis in the world to overcome his tolerance.“

“This is a food truck. The burrito was huge, and it tastes great. I didn't have any issues with that. The price, I don't know what the prices were because there's no prices listed which was an issue for me. I ordered four steak burritos with everything on them, 1 order of steak fries and the barria taco combo, it was 94.00, I'd like to know how much things cost and not just get told what the final price is.
There was plenty of parking in the parking lot next to where the truck is parked.The customer service could have been better. I felt like an inconvenience more than a paying customer. My food was delicious.I had a burrito with everything on it steak because they don't sell chicken only steak. The barria taco combo which is what I ordered for my grandson came dissected, so it was the beans, rice and steak in the container and the tortillas in foil. Everything stayed hot until we got home. Which was great. My grandson likes the taco already prepared; So he can just dip it into the sauce, he said it was delicious, But he didn't have the experience of dipping the tacos, because he didn't want to put them together, and also, he didn't like the sauce, so next time I will not get that item for him at that particular truck. My granddaughter ordered fries. Which came with steak, cheese, beans and some other toppings. She loved it. She said it was delicious and a lot of food.So she was able to save some for the next day. If you love a good steak burrito with everything on it. This is a great truck because my burrito was delicious.“

“I don’t usually leave reviews, but Hot Chili Grill & Bar in Palmdale deserves one. I’ve been coming here a while, and the food has never disappointed. The asada fries and nachos Always hit. Burritos are solid too, not skimpy on the meat like some places. Everything’s flavorful, filling, and consistent. You can tell they take pride in what they serve. Definitely one of my spots when I’m craving something good.“

“I believe that when you have these workers on a timer, many mistakes are made , especially when there's a lot of customers. Double-checking the food before it comes out is important.Sometimes we are on a lunch break and cannot go back.And when you're being rushed , you we check our food ourselves, You have some great teriyaki bowls 2 times I asked for Brown rice and when I got home. It was white rice in them. Another I asked for the extra protein there was no extra protein. when I went back to get the the correct bowl it had white rice in it. My advice would be for the employees to double check the orders that are coming out, if you guys don't want us at the the drive through to check ourselves. Fast service doesn't give better service.. And if people ask for specific things, it's because either they're diabetics, maybe they don't like the flavor or something or is allergic to an ingredient or condiment, this is where you got it to be careful..“
