“Yesterday, I had an unforgettable lunch at Vincitore Restaurant in Agoura. The Italian food was exceptional, and the service was impeccable. The owner, Kamran, personally took our order, served our meal, and surprised us with a delicious tiramisu. It was the best dining experience I’ve ever had!

Last night, I topped the day off with a Door Dash order from Kamran’s other restaurant, “Spumoni,” in Newbury Park. I enjoyed the “Linguine Alle Vongole” pasta with fresh manilla clams, roasted garlic in white wine sauce. It was so good!

In addition, every Monday and Wednesday we also enjoy traditional romantic music by Italian guitarist. Especially I want to give thanks to a very attentive service manager - Ms. Ines who always has a bright smile and professional. I had with my diabetes by providing me with some orange juice because my blood sugar had gotten low. I truly appreciate him doing that for me. “We made a lunch reservation for a party of 9 on a Saturday for a birthday celebration. We were seated immediately at a large round table outside with a beautiful view of the lake. The service is fantastic. The wait staff is extremely friendly and attentive. Since it was a weekend we were able to order from either the lunch menu or brunch menu so there were tons of options. I had the grilled salmon which was cooked perfectly. My husband had the steak frites which he really liked. He said it was a nice tender cut of beef. Our group also had the chicken parmesan and some breakfast/brunch items which they all enjoyed. They have a very large outdoor seating area and it’s nice sitting outside with the lake. Very nice weekend brunch vibe. I was pleasantly surprised by the price point since most brunch spots can be way overpriced. They served their signature Baked Alaska as a free dessert for the birthday girl which was really cool since it’s served flambéd. I really enjoyed Boccaccio’s and will definitely be back to try their dinner items.“

“Had these bundt cakes at a birthday party on Saturday evening and they were fantastic. I tried the vanilla, red velvet, and chocolate. All were really good. I especially liked the chocolate one. Rich chocolate flavor, moist, with just the right amount of frosting. I appreciate that the frosting wasn't too sweet so that the flavors weren't overpowered. Lots of attention to all details made for outstanding results.“

“Redemption. I visited sharkys last month and didn't have a good experience. I put a review and to my surprise i ended speaking with one of the owners. I'm not the type to give establishments second chances yet when one of the owners reaches out to apologize then I decided to give it a go. I walked in today and was greeted with a smile. I placed my order and had a seat. My food was brought out to me and the clerk even took time to double check my order. I came back and began to try it... I feel as if the owner actually listened. Food was on point, employees were nice, even before they knew I was there for the 2nd chance. I applaud this company for acknowledging when someone has a bad experience and offers to make it right. The food tastes as if the Chef Victor personally prepared my Pizza 🍕 with me in mind. Cashiers, Etti and Bryan were most friendly and professional. The atmosphere is pleasant and the restroom is clean. I trust that much of this is due to the staff being lead by a great manager, Antonio. They all represent the Fresh Brothers franchise well. “It has been awhile since I shopped at Sweet Arleen's. I drove by and seeing the store reminded me I needed something for my daughter-in-laws birthday. She loves Red Velvet cake so I picked up a half dozen cupcakes including Red Velvet. Turned out to be the perfect surprise. She loved everything about the cupcake. Moist with a great frosting. Now it is Mother's Day so I am heading over to Sweet Arleen's for more tasty treats. Saved the day, thanks.“
