“I have tried several of their donuts at the presidio tunnel tops, where they sell from a tent on the weekends. These are the best donuts I’ve ever had. They are best described as beautiful, so much so that I often think of them during the week. The blueberry, raspberry, Boston cream, Bavarian cream, and crème brûlée are all amazing! I hope they continue to maintain a presence in SF!“

“I got the Apple Fritter and custard filled bar. My friend got an assortment including some vegan doughnuts. The Apple Fritter was great but the filling in the bar had an aftertaste that I wasn’t a fan of and the chocolate topping started melting off faster than I expected. The maple glazed old fashioned was super yummy and I think that’s what I’ll get when I go back. The people who ate the vegan ones were very pleased that they had them and really enjoyed the flavors. “I go here for their croissants!!!! I'm a croissant lover. And as we know they aren't that cheap. Many places are charging you up to $5 for ONE croissant!. Well I went to try Lee's and I've haven't gone anywhere else whenever I'm in the mood for my carb treat. First their croissants are HUGE secondly, they're only $3.75! Depending on how you like you're croissants but this place for me are the best. They're not very flaky and a little doughy but I love that. As far a doughnuts I've only had their doughnut holes which were soft and fresh. And they were cheap for the dozen compared to all the other donut shops I've gone too! “I'm so glad I finally tried Johnny's Donuts, which is now my new favorite donut shop in Contra Costa County! I went in around 10am on a Thursday with two people ahead of me in line. There was a good selection of donuts with everything I was hoping for, plus a surprise of seeing they had Ube donuts (5/5)! I LOVE Ube so I had to get one.

All the donuts were fresh. I also bought a chocolate glazed (5/5), vegan chocolate sprinkles (5/5), and gave my parter a maple bar, which he enjoyed. The owner was so nice and even gave me three free donut holes with my order.

I needed to make the $10 minimum to use my credit card so I also got a Vietnamese coffee (4/5), which was strong and tasty. I sat at one of their booths to enjoy my coffee and Ube donut, and enjoyed the old school, nostalgic atmosphere. I look forward to coming back to try more of their donuts!“

“Ming's is a local favorite that has a lot of patronage coming and going all the time. It's a small donut shop that has a couple tables and seating inside if you want to sit and eat your food or just chill and sip away at your coffee at your leisurely time. All the staff members that work the front counter have a warm and welcoming smile that goes with the friendly greeting. They feel like they're your kind-hearted uncle or aunt. Its a popular place for donuts and coffee so expect to see a lot of people but even if there's a lot of people, the line moves pretty darn quick.

“The location or area is a little rundown, but the food and service was excellent. I think this are the best donuts I had in a long time. One thing I like about this donuts is that the bread is denser than other donuts I had before. Almost the same density as muffins. They also have a variety of flavors. I finally asked him where he got them from and he told me it was from this location. so on the weekend, we made a 25 minute trip to this place, got donuts and then went to the beach. “My Favorite "Uncle Big John" (May He rest in peace) and My Stepdad used to always come here for coffee, donuts and good conversation since 2007... and since my uncle's passing, my step dad and my son still come here and my mom comes for the breakfast sandwiches.
