Starbucks in Alameda

“I was working at a cafe, just like any other day, when a lady came by and asked if I needed a coffee refill. I was so pleasantly surprised and happily said yes! To my delight, she even brought it over to my table (with a new lid).

I’ve visited many coffee shops, but this small act of kindness made this Starbucks stand out as the best one I’ve been to in recent years.

I forgot to ask her name, but she truly made my day!“

“First time in Alameda. Visited this Starbucks and the quality of their coffee was different than what my local Starbucks serves. I am not sure if it is the machines they use that my latte came out so creamy and delicious or if it was the skill of the barista?!“

“Friendly customer service and great drinks. Unfortunately, they installed a noisy fan, directly above the side door....which turns on/off every time the door opens/closes. It interrupts the relaxing outdoor environment, I enjoyed sitting to drink my coffee. (I googled the door fan model, and it's an "air curtain" that blows to protect the indoor environment, when the door is opened)“

“Actually just went here on accident, my order was at the one just across the bridge. But the guy was super friendly and was actively trying to find out why my order wasn't there when I realized the mistake. So, costume service alone would make me order here next time.“

“The place is cute and clean with a beautiful friendly climate. The people very friendly. It has tables inside and outside. They did not have the sandwich I ordered nor the croissant with ham and cheese. I would still come back and I will come back.

“Clean, friendly, good place to get a cup of joe or some mints, while you get yourself ready to talk to that cute girl/guy you see shopping there. NOTE: this Starbucks is inside Safeway. They do not accept corporate rewards, so if you have a freebie as a Starbucks card holder, you won't be able to get it here. The receipt you receive after a Starbucks purchase will say it was made at Safeway.“

“It's starbucks. What else is there to say? Whether you're looking for something hot or cold, coffee or tea, this is the best place to go for quality. I also recommend downloading their app to earn rewards for free coffee or for some free merchandise. 10/10
