“We pre-ordered on the app and the food was already ready to go when we arrive to the restaurant. The stuff was really nice and handed me the food when I let them know I ordered online. When I got home, the chicken was nice and crunchy and the side radishes were delicious.“

“This place is so good I had to leave a great review . I love the fact I can I can modify my broth with as much or little with things like garlic or green onion. Both was on point. Meat was great, but the choices in veggy and add-ons were the best. Wife and daughter were happy too.“

“GREAT food!!!! They're fairly new, so I hope they don't compromise on flavor later down the line. First, I had their small chicken katsu box. The second time, I had their new sweet chili shrimp katsu, and that was even better!!!!! Employees are always so friendly and for the quality of the food the price and turnaround time is worth it. Highly recommend“

“I really want to give it five stars and I may come again in the future. The food is great, to be honest, the pork shoulder and mushroom rice is enough.“

“Amazing food. Plate licking sauces, organic, locally sourced food. Korean fusion. Did I mention organic pickled everything. Enzyme rich food. Beyond healthy. Humble little hope in the wall run by a husband and wife team. Dude went to Korea to study with the most famous vegan nun chef in Korea. A must go to for anyone who loves food and especially loves fusion with organic and very well priced. He should charge Much more but they don’t.“

“My sister and I were in LA for a convention and decided to celebrate her birthday dinner at Genwa. We ordered the course for two, and every dish was fantastic. The spread of banchan was plentiful and flavorful, and the BBQ meats were cooked to perfection. Anna took such great care of us—she answered all of our questions and even helped with the grilling, which made the experience extra enjoyable. We never felt rushed and were able to take our time savoring the food and the whole KBBQ experience. To top it all off, the staff surprised my sister with pandan ice cream and sang happy birthday, which made the evening so special. Highly recommend Genwa for both the food and the service!“

“Located in the Blossom Food Hall, this was the former Workaholic that made Korean fusion dumplings.
I'd recommend their Manduyu Special since their Rice 2 Meet You is pretty good, but consists of mostly meat and a lot of rice (great portions!) Their Mandu is definitely the best that they would have.
Food is prepared quickly“

“Absolute top notch Korean comfort food. They have a large selection of tofu soups, as well as other “Omma Specials”, or a combination if you have trouble deciding. The food is wonderful and perfectly made with high quality ingredients and tasting delicious. They have 5 side dishes which are all amazing. The staff are friendly and the food court is very clean.“

“This place has good Korean food. It's a good place to bring your family or friends. Your mother or grandmother will not complain about the food. They give large portions and the side dishes are really good. Services quick and very friendly. Not many people seem to know about this place which is kind of nice because you don't have to wait in line to get a table. There's plenty of parking in the back. Definitely I will come here again especially with my mom.“

“The two protein plate was very generous for the price.
The lady was very nice and patient with us as we decided. The assistant, Erika, was also very nice, she checked on us a couple of times.
The food is put out in small quantities on the chaging dishes (to make the combos) so it isn't sitting there long. It seems like the Ramen and other items are made to order.
The kimchi was not my favorite, I like it more spicy and with more garlic, more fermented. But maybe this was a new batch.
It was somewhat quiet on a weekday at noon, but lots of peiple.picking up orders.
Parking: Strip mall, large parking lot shared with other businesses.
Wheelchair accessibility: Street level entrance. Chairs can be moved to accommodate a wheelchair“

“AMAZING.
I ordered delivery and it was perfectly packaged, still the right temperature and so delicious.
The banchan was very good I loved the fish cakes and the kimchi was perfect.
The gimbap was nicely textured and had good flavor.
The kimchi soup had a good ratio of everything and was flavourful.
Over all, so worth it!“

“Such a cute little family-owned spot inside The Westin Bonaventure.
We knew the food would be good, but it totally shocked us how amazing it was. Everything was full of flavor, and just hit the spot. We literally devoured it in minutes. So good!
The place is super clean and organized, and you can tell they really care. The man at the register (maybe the owner?) was so kind and welcoming. He made the whole experience even better—thank you, sir!
Prices were totally reasonable, especially for the quality. If you’re in or around the hotel, definitely check this place out. We’ll for sure be coming back next time we’re in LA!“

“Quality food and service. Authentic Korean food. The servers are really helpful and serious about making sure we get the best dining experience.
It's much more delicious and has better service than Myung Ga, a famous hangover soup nearby. Myeongga is not very tasty, has few side dishes, and is unfriendly. I highly recommend Mubongri.“

“Didn't know they had more than one restaurant in the L.A. area. This is the second one we tried and it didn't disappoint, it was just as good as the first time and second times we visited the Koreatown location. The service, the food, everything is great.“

“If you have a craving for Korean Street Food that’s also Gordon Ramsey @gordongram approved, then look no further than Soonheene in the SGV. They first opened in Seoul in 1994, but have been in Arcadia, California, since 2021🫶🏼
You really do get to know a culture/country through their street food, and I find Korean food to be so rich in their layers of flavors, seasonings and taste🇰🇷
Fun Fact: I graduated from AHS🤭🦚
We had: 🥞Kimchi Mung Bean, 🥩BBQ Beef, 🦐Shrimp Fried Rice, 🍘Mayak Gimbap, 🍗Soy Garlic (10 piece wing), 🍜Spicy Cold Noodle, 🥛Sweet Rice Drink“

“I came in at 3pm when the dining room was empty and the lights had been dimmed. The owner warmly welcomed me in, lit the dining room again, and offered water. I ordered the dried pollack soup and it was served with several small saucers that included cabbage, pickled cucumber, rice, beansprouts, peppers, and 2 other dishes I couldn't name but were very tasty. I liked that the soup broth was flavourful but not oily and had several thick tofu pieces in addition to the fish. The meal in total was $20. I will definitely return to try more dishes. I also appreciated that they have their own parking lot, which is not a given in the area. The shop was clean and peaceful and the photos of the food help with ordering if you aren't familiar with the menu.“

“Loved it here! Easy to make a reservation over the phone. Staff was very attentive, helpful, and kind. I was able to enjoy their premium AYCE meats for free because of their monthly giveaways. My review comes from honesty, not for the sake of it being free. I really liked the brisket and the marinated bulgogi. The brisket was soft, the bulgogi had a great flavor. Side dishes were nice, I especially enjoyed the cucumbers and the fish cakes. I honestly could eat a whole bowl of just the fish cakes. The kimchi was crunchy and flavorful. The spicy pork bibimbap was good, had a generous serving of pork, and is a big enough portion to share between two people. I appreciated the casual atmosphere, there was music, but it was playing softly enough that I didn't have to shout to be heard around our table. Whoever made the playlist has good music taste. There was a decent number of TVs as well playing the NBA playoffs. Overall, I really enjoyed my time here and I recommend it to anyone looking to try it! :) Thank you for the great experience.“

“I was craving Korean bbq but bowl style and this spot was nearby.
I ordered their marinated short rib bowl and I added extra proteins of spam, an egg and chicken with no rice, all salad. It was a phenomenal lunch overall. The flavor was definitely there. It was definitely pricey after I added all the extras, but still worth it.
I’d definitely come back here again to try their other menu items.“

“My second time visiting this location! The first time was just OK. I had seafood tofu, which was delicious, but the shrimps were salty and squishy, which I'm not used to. My mom preferred our usual location for Korean tofu soup, but since this was close by, we tried it out. I thought it was fantastic for someone who is hungry.
As for the second time, the food was delicious. I ordered kimchi tofu soup with mild spicy flavor. The banchan/side dishes were plentiful, and the salad helped to cut the spicy flavor. If you're sick and don't have the energy to cook, Korean tofu soup is the answer!“

“My favorite place for traditional korean soups and stews. You can tell all the sides are home-made and can taste how rich the broths are. The portion sizes are also great for the price. Would highly recommend as one of the best Korean spots in the SGV.“

“Came here recently and really enjoyed the hearty, flavorful soup—it had the perfect amount of spice and richness, with fresh ingredients like tofu, green onions, and tender shredded meat. It felt like true comfort food and was definitely the highlight of the meal for me.
I also tried the bossam (steamed pork with tofu and veggies). While it was presented beautifully and came with generous portions, the pork itself was on the dry side for my taste, so it didn’t quite hit the same level as the soup.
Service was friendly and attentive, and the overall atmosphere was warm and inviting. I’d definitely come back for the soup again!“

“I've been going to Maria'a since I was a kid. My parents, when they arrived to the US from Mexico would go there and so did my aunts and uncles and cousins. Now I take my kids to eat there. The restaurant has always been the same with great quality food and great service. Maria's restaurant is a gem in the community and will hopefully be there for many more generations. Don't sleep on this place, give it a try.“

“Our family is half Korean and we love this place!!! It’s the best LA Galbi in LA. We look forward to having it every week. The Grilled Atka Mackarel is superb. The Mul Nangmyeon is good. Soondubu is good too. We much prefer the vibe here than the OG K-Town these days. Can’t recommend it enough!!!“

“The Korean side dishes are very good. I usually am not a big fan of kimchi, but theirs is fantastic. Soups are amazing bbq is also so so good. They prepare the BBQ not a self cook. Portions seemed generous as well. Though a smaller restaurant in strip mall decor is very nice.“

“The rose Tea with no boba that I order here does not taste like a tea. It taste more like a strawberry ice cream in liquid form. They should of called it strawberry ice cream rose Tea. ?. Because that is how my taste buds perceived it. It taste ok. It is not bad. I enjoyed it. But I was expecting a Tea type of taste. I appreciate the service here. Thank you.“

“Good Korean food but a little pricier than other Korean restaurants. We shared three plates. We started with the mushroom tofu mild, this dish was my favorite. My daughter loved the second dish- the bibimbap, it was also really good. The third dish was the spicy pork. I thought all three dishes were delicious.
The service was ok, the staff could have been a little more attentive.
I would come for the convenience in location and the delicious food.“

“I think this is a really legit Korean diner! Staff seems great and place is clean and simple like you would find in Korea. For the first time, I tried cold bean noodle soup. It has such a thick and creamy soymilk broth, a very filling treat on a hot day. The super flavorful banchan complement really nicely. Exceptional quality.“

“I almost didn't want to review this place with 5 stars, simply because I don't want this spot becoming too popular. It's one of my friends' and I's favorite spots; serving authentic and delicious Korean cuisine. It's definitely one of the hidden gems in Glendale when it comes to Asian cuisine. The restaurant itself is quite pretty, and the atmosphere is pretty nice, but nothing too special. There is usually quite a lot of space, and rarely, if ever, crowded. I recommend going in person because it seems that online the prices are higher for whatever reason. It's also easier to ask for sides such as kimchi, bean sprouts, or pickled radish, which also happen to be free as far as I'm concerned. Workers are generally nice and helpful. However, one thing that could be a bother to some people, is the fact that for whatever reason, it seems like they have new workers and trainees almost every single week which can make it a bit harder to order your food as it usually takes them a while to figure out how to work the restaurant's system. Moreover, there seems to be little communication between the people who actually make the food and the servers themselves—so if you're hoping to ask for the ingredients in a dish or you were looking to make certain adjustments to your order, you may have a hard time getting a proper answer. One thing I would recommend would be the house milk tea, definitely one of the best I've ever had. Sometimes the menu doesn't clearly state everything there is to know about the dish you're ordering, but usually it's nothing that changes the dish too drastically. Personally, this remains one of my favorite spots to get food from, not just in Glendale, but in most of Los Angeles.“

“I grew up in Glendale so I known Mitzee’s for at least 15-20 years!! Your Chef AKA ( your cook ) has been there if not mistaken the same amount of time. Food taste and presentation has been the same since the first time I had it, their hot sauce it’s AMAZING! if you love spicy, if you don’t have high tolerance for spicy stay away or have just a little lol. I know leave in Downtown and when passing by Glendale I make it a stop…“

“Pretty good Korean BBQ spot with an all-you-can-eat option in LA. I really enjoyed the food here. The meat was good, high quality, well-marinated, and cooked up perfectly on the grill. Everything we tried had great flavor. Personally, I really liked bulgogi and cow tongues. They were sweet and flavorful. The side dishes and sauces were good too. Everything tasted fresh and well-prepared.
The restaurant itself is beautiful. There are lots of tables, and the vibe is pretty cool, without being too loud. I really enjoyed it. We arrived around 8 PM and ended up waiting about 45 minutes for a table, which is okay since we just walked in. There is also pretty nice area for waiting. The grill in the restaurant worked perfectly.
The service was excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful. They came by our table often to check in, refill sides, and ask if we wanted to order more meat, which I really appreciate. They also took the time to explain the different menu options, which was great.
It costs around $50 per person, and I would say it’s definitely worth it for the quality of food and service you get.
Overall, it’s a great spot for Korean BBQ. I’ll definitely come back if I will be in that area and will be craving for some Korean BBQ. Very good nice!!!“

“I just want to say that not only the food is good here, but also their customer service. There was only one gentleman working today. He was the cashier and the cook. He had so many customers, yet as busy as he was, he was efficient, friendly, and acknowledged each person as they walked in. This guy needs a raise for all his hard work. Thank you“

“I had an amazing experience at Flame Broiler thanks to Eaton and Brayen! From the moment I walked in, their customer service was outstanding. I asked for family meal recommendations, and they were quick to provide helpful suggestions. They went above and beyond by bringing the food directly to my table, instead of calling out my name or number. Their attentiveness and effort made the visit so much more enjoyable.“
