The only small complaint I have is they pre slice their meat (which is not a problem) but this means they will put the sauce and veggies on the sandwich first and as a result, the meat has a tendency to slide out as you can see from my picture.“

“My wife and i visit Mamón periodically, and every time we do, we wonder why we don't visit more often. They have a very unique menu, with food that is so much more flavorful than most. On my most recent visit I ordered the Gracias, Pavo sandwich, which is a seasonal item. I got it with a gluten-free wrap instead of the toasted Francese bread. The wrap itself was very good, but it was the turkey, pickled onion and roasted sweet potatoes that made it so tasty. I asked for the Serrano pepper mayo on the side. Just a drop with every bite was enough for me, and added great flavor. The sandwich was big enough for me to save half for later. The restaurant features counter service, and the person who took our order was very friendly and helpful. They feature some great specialty beers, but one of my favorite things is you get to take a whole carafe of water to your table. For a "heavy drinker" like myself, this is a very welcome convenience.My wife and I swore we would return soon - this time for sure!“

“I was blown away with how friendly Adam was. The reason being is because I feel like good customer service is hard to find these days. Adam started off with giving us great recommendations, asked about our preferences, and even asked about how our day was going. This kind of attitude deserves attention. I everything from the fresh bread baked daily, down to the in house made cookies and brownies that come with every order.I always enjoy the #1. It's a turkey sandwich on rosemary ciabatta , with avocado, bacon, and a sweet onion relish. I Potato salad, and a brownie. Everything is 13.95 on the menu and they're all 3 course.It is not open on the weekends and closes early. It is a must try for anyone living in Orange County. “For a quick food I loved the peruvian steak sandwich. It was the right amont of spice. A bit small but perfect for a light meal.my wife ordered Avocado Quinta Ensalada and she liked it.We end up cleaning our table. When you tip at a pick up food station you expect the tables are clean at the minimum. All the Napkin boxes were also empty so we had to walk back to register to ask for some.“

“Drove past this place many times and never thought anything of it . Today I wanted a classic deli Sandwhich that wasn't subway and this place did not disappoint . The bread was so chewy and soft .I ordered the truly vegan sandwich! Most Sandwhich shops do not add a vegan sandwich even though they have all the veggies for it. Mr pickles does though and they added a heaping full of all the ingredients. The only thing I regret is not getting a giant pickle with my sandwich! The delivery came on time and they even through a cookie in ! I will keep coming back to this spot !!!!!!“

The lattes are from a simple machine, but they left it sitting for quite awhile. Once I reminded him, he gave it to me, and it was lukewarm. They have all sort of entrees from breakfast, sandwiches, salads, and poke bowls. My usual order would be a turkey, swiss sandwich on a croissant which is to die for, but my review today will be for their poke bowls. For their poke bowls, you're able to choose between 3 or 5 scoops which is either $10 or $11 which is such a steal. From there, you can customize your bowl to you liking by choosing your base, sides, protein, sauces and toppings. My poke bowl tasted super fresh, the quality of fish was super good. The portions are huge as well so a 5 scoop def made me full. Overall, don't sleep on Alton Cafe. It has the best lunches!“
