“Well I said I wasn't gonna eat here as I was a fan of the locally owned diner that was here before. I had to make a quick stop at a business in this strip mall then grab lunch. It was to convenient to not stop here.\n Jacks has always been my choice when I have to make a quick stop whether on the road or just to busy for a longer lunch. The food is always decent and the service good. There are a couple of other burger places here in Alpine I have not been real happy with....this one is far better than the other two fast food hamburger joints. I got the sourdough Jack combo, the burger was good, the fries too. It being a hot summer day the large cold drink was the highlight....The young lady that took my order was very nice and a great representative of Jacks!\n This Jack in the Box is located in an old strip mall that honestly needs a little updating. Hopefully this new building will inspire the other businesses to spruce up a bit! There is sufficient parking, The lot is shared with a popular pizza place so I think on weekends or peak times it may get a little crowded. This building is clean and well maintained, the parking area for the mall could use a little refresher but overall this jacks is very good. I'm sure I will stop by again!“

“The restaurant was clean, bathrooms were clean and the customer service I have to say was very efficient. The manager was very attentive to all the orders, to the customers and her employees. I was actually surprised that although it’s a food restaurant they all made us feel like we were at home. Food was great, my orders are always complicated and they managed to take care of me and my husband. They greeted me and smiled the whole time. I was actually very impressed.

Vegetarian options: Would like for Carls Jr to have a vegan option again! We all miss the beyond! Bring it back!“

“Located inside the JAMUL casino, this is a great place to get your quick eats. You can order at the kiosk or at the register. It’s great because on Saturdays, the casinos give free food to military. Mondays They give free food to Seniors. Provided that they have a San Diego card and had played a little bit of money at the slots.“

“Love the Barona!! Highly recommend!! I live in Texas and was going to be in the San Diego area for my job. I frequent Winstar casino in Oklahoma and booked a stay with Steven at the Barona. It blows Winstar away!! This place is beautiful and we loved the balcony view from our room. Steven checked on us throughout our stay and ensured we were having a good time. Ask for Steven, he is amazing! The slots were loose and we had a fantastic time. We loved the food court and you must have a cinnamon roll from the coffee shop!! Already planning our next trip to stay at the Barona Casino and Resort!!“
