“Got this place after so long as T4 is my main place to get boba since I barely get it, I got the mango milk boba bc I can’t have caffeine and it was 10/10! Their menu has shocked me bc it has so much more food than when I last came so I am definitely going to be back to the try the whole menu! I had the spicy Korean BBQ banh mi with chicken and it did not disappoint and was hot and spicy (just a heads up for those losers who can’t handle spice) and it was 10/10! Don’t worry about the reviews people leave you have to come try it for yourself, it is still a roughly new business I think and I think they’re headed in a good direction offering more food than before and good boba drinks! I will definitely be back again to try the rice plates, vermicelli noodles, and the ones I’m most excited for, saigon street fries! The staff were really nice and really easy going and were talkative with me! “This review is overdue. I have gone many boba places in the Roseville/Rocklin area. Sweetea is the best boba tea place in town. Not a lot of places serve with real milk. Real milk is much better than powder milk. You can get different types of milks, sizes, and many other toppings. They also serve food, not just Boba. You can adjust the amount of sugar and ice. The cups and store in general look so cute.“

Avocado one has very light flavor (3 stars)
Frosty tiger is just shaved milk with a little bit flavor of caramel, so I asked to give more of caramel and they fixed it. Its much better so order with a lot of caramel at the first place would be better! I appreciated they did my favor.

“Fantastic milk tea and boba! Flavors my family got were Thai tea, coconut, matcha, taro (smoothie), and one new flavor I don't remember. The coconut was like it was straight out of the shell and the taro smoothie was delicious and not too sweet. We'll definitely be going back next time we're at the convention center! 😁“

“My all time favorite is caramel cream with boba, I used to get black sugar Assam it was good too. All drinks I tried for now did not disappointed me, some of drinks are able to adjust sweetness which is a plus. I always get it with oat milk but I wish they can have almond milk option too.“

“This has become my go-to Boba place recently. I really love fruit teas made with actual fresh fruit, and RareTea is one of the few places that offers this. Some of their fruit teas are made with their own purees (as mentioned on their website) but I've mostly ordered those made from actual seasonal fruit chunks.

The main drawback is that they aren't easy to access by car being downtown. But Highly recommend them.“

“I came to One Tree for the sole mission to finish some work tasks at night. It’s a good size with plenty of seating. I brought the Thai Tea with Almond Milk, agar boba, no ice, and no added sugar. I’m glad I did as it was definitely sweet enough on its own with the sweetened milk. It wasn’t too strong which was perfect for me as I’m sensitive to caffeine. The only thing downside I would say is the bathroom. It was hard to access during the time I was there as there is only one stall and was a busy night. However, I highly recommend this place.“

The location is not big , but has pretty much decent capacity for customers who are willing to dine in. Yes ! A big applaud for their cleanliness, and hygiene work, and they do take care of their customers’ health by keeping everything clean, also this place is well decorated as well. They offer different types of services dining in, to go , and delivery which like most other food chain restaurants or regular coffee shops. In addition, the prices are pretty much decent for the different types of drinks you order, also California is getting expensive, so nothing is cheap anymore. One thing about this location really caught my attention that the quality of their ingredients, and products are really good, and fresh, so the quality of drinks , and food is good. They are wheelchair accessible, and friendly, but the seats are not comfortable for a bodily disabled individual, so use your own accommodations. The parking is big, and you can easily find parking spots including handicapped areas. The wife had the Beef Pho, which the menu said included rare steak and beef balls. The broth was decent, but the steak was well done, and the beef balls nothing to write home about.“

“We ordered donuts here for my daughter's first birthday. They suggested us to email someone whom I believe had an authority. Turned out the person named Van was really rude and didn't care to respond after asking me how many donuts I wanted. My husband drove straight there and asked if they could just help us out. We did a unicorn theme so anything colorful was good enough. When we came to pick them up, the baker was very excited to show us what he got. He went above and beyond for us. I almost teared up when I saw how sparkly and colorful the donuts were for my daughter's birthday.
