Fresh, flavorful and the customer service was top notch The owner offered to make me something special: he grilled me sesame crusted tofu and put it on the Wasabi salad. That was so cool and I appreciated it too. btw it was delicious I ate every bite I was also able to customize a salad for my husband. Thank you Team Soul Salad for an amazing lunch 🥰🙏🏻🥗“

“As a vegan believe it or not I struggle to have variety in Santa Cruz, the options are limited. Today I visited this European interior (like a Scandinavian cafe) amazing eatery n downtown Santa Cruz. The man that assisted me was extremely hospitable and helped navigate the vegan menu he offered me. The falafel had incredibly bright flavors and not only the first few bites but all the way through. The mango matcha was too die for and you guessed it vegan as well. Please visit this impressive place whether vegan or not“

“This is our GO TO Thai place! While we haven't eaten in-house, we order pick up from them all the time. The food is DELICIOUS, always hot and fresh and flavorful.
