“Baskin-Robbins is premium ice cream and is more expensive, but it worth it. The serving size is a generous scoop every time. The service is very friendly and helpful. They even offered water to a customer that was coughing and we were impressed with the concern the server had. Our granddaughter enjoyed her two scoops of ice cream so much that she wouldn't even share a little with us.“

“Went for first time today. Extremely busy place. But considering the number of customers, they were pretty fast. I would definitely recommend them for their quality and efficiency. It’s noisy because of the hard surfaces construction but otherwise, all good.“

cake for same day pickup. the worker was extremely nice on the phone and when we arrived at the bakery. we ordered a black sesame cake for the new year and it was so delicious and came with a cake topper! not too sweet and the sesame taste was nutty and fragrant! would definitely order again! my family really enjoyed it :)“

“Bought a cake for a going away party for my coworker who moved to Texas. The cake was exactly what I asked for. I had to pickup the cake at a store-front. The store-front is a cafe that belongs to a different business that is partnering with this baker. You have to go inside and let them know you are there to pickup your cake. The cafe store-frint sells good food and drink too, and the customer service was excellent.“

She gave us her thoughts on a few flavors we were considering and offered us samples too! The wild n reckless sherbert was what my husband decided to go with, it has a sweet and sour kick! If that's what you're going for, give this flavor a try. The place was very clean and not crowded. I've now got a Pasadena Baskin Robbins location to visit when I'm in town. The customer service is very poorly they rarely show manners and when it comes to asking for samples they always seemed bothered. Customers should be able to taste different flavors to know what they need or to try something new.“
