“Anyone who comes to Avalon knows what luau Larry's is. You can feel it and you can hear it from far away. The music emanating from the bar, the club reveling partygoers and vacationers alike. All love this place and I learned that their food is awesome too! Both the swordfish burgers and lobster roll are both great. Specifically recommend the lobster roll
The drinks were good but more sweet than boozy if that's what you prefer.

“We stopped in for a day trip I read this was the place to go according to the locals online and man it didn’t disappoint!! Alex was our main bartender he was awesome! “Let's start with this is a ca$h only establishment. Not a problem as I had cash while visiting Catalina Island. And while talking $$$ it was price affordable, price right and fairer that some other local restaurants. It's tucked away and seems like a local favorite. It's away from the tourist attractions on the main strip.. Menu options Korean and Mexican but trust me don't let that stop you if you wanted something American ish.

“This place is great for someone wrapping up the TCT or even for someone just section hiking/camping for a few days.

I love to grab breakfast here on the morning I plan to go back on the ferry.

This past trip I had chicken tenders when we came in as a day 0 type of thing and on our way out I had the e-bay (everything BEC bagel). I remember the service being really slow the last time we were on the island, with just 1 person working the register and 1 person in the kitchen, but this time they had at least double that and the service was quick, which was preferable.
