“Very friendly and professional staff. Great vibe and welcoming. We ordered a chorizo breakfast burrito and a breakfast croissant, to drink mazapan latte. The food was made fresh with good ingredients. Really enjoy my food hot and the burrito and the croissant were served hot. The mazapan latte was so good perfectly blended.
I would recommend this establishment lots of great drinks hot or cold and healthy food. Please share your experience with all of us.“

“One of the best coffee spots in Pasadena! Love coming here to get my caffeine fix in. I've tried most of the menu and you honestly can't go wrong picking any drink. They offer hot and iced coffee as well as matcha and a few pastries. The owners are extremely kind people who clearly love what they do and it shows. They also give back to the community which speaks volumes. I cannot recommend this cute little coffee truck enough.“

“Stopped by Rabbit and Bean on Imperial Highway and immediately got the sense that this is a well established neighborhood coffee spot. It was busy, but not chaotic. The crowd felt like mostly local regulars who know their coffee, which is always a good sign. This is not a trendy or flashy café, but a clean, thoughtfully run independent shop that focuses on doing things right.
The space is aesthetic and well maintained. Pastries looked great, though I was not hungry this time. I went with the espresso tonic, even though they also had a yuzu matcha tonic that I have been gravitating toward lately. I needed a quick caffeine bump, and the espresso tonic delivered. Bright, refreshing, and well balanced.
My drink came out in under five minutes. We sat for a bit and watched the baristas work, and it was clear they know exactly what they are doing. Efficient movements, no wasted actions, and a calm, confident workflow behind the bar.
This has officially made it onto my list of solid coffee spots. A reliable place for good coffee, quick service, and a neighborhood vibe that feels genuine rather than forced. Definitely coming back.“

“I haven’t been here for a while and had a craving for the Chilaquiles. I knew they added a new Mole salsa so I called to order that to go. I was told they also have a chipotle sauce, so I went with that instead. When I got home, OH MY GOSH!! Those were the best chilaquiles I’ve ever had with the Chipotle sauce. They were so good I’m embarrassed to say I lick the plate clean🥴. And of course the churros were amazing as usual.“

“Republik Coffee is as solid as it gets. It has good food, good coffee, and a good ambiance, which makes it a great hang out spot. The breakfast burrito, an almond danish, and a hazelnut cappuccino. It's not a large breakfast burrito, but I felt like all off the ingredients were good quality. The danish was good, and the cappuccino was solid as well.“

“Dulce Cielo in Monrovia is something special. This is my wife’s absolute favorite chai...and trust me, that means something. She drinks only chai and has sampled pretty much every chai in Monrovia and beyond. This is 'the one'
I walk a mile round trip every single day just to get it for her. That alone should tell you a lot.
So what makes Dulce Cielo different? Everything. Their chai isn’t some powdered mix scooped from a container and drowned in hot milk. It’s completely handmade by the owners themselves. This is a carefully tested work of art. The flavors are deliberate, balanced, and thoughtful. You can taste the care, time, and intention in every sip.
Beyond the chai, the creativity here is incredible. I’ve tried several of their other drinks and every one has been amazing...especially the horchata and coffee blend, which is next-level good. A friend of ours once mentioned a specific chocolate she loved, and the owners literally went out and sourced it just for her. That’s the kind of place this is.
And don’t even get me started on the cupcakes and pastries. Inventive, beautiful, and mind-blowingly creative. Nothing feels mass-produced. Everything feels loved.
Dulce Cielo isn’t just a coffee or tea spot...it’s a place where craft, creativity, and genuine care for customers come together. Once you go, you get it.“

“I have now eaten here 4 times out of the last 10 days. All this time not knowing this place existed has been wasted time. I’ve eaten something different each time and all of them have been amazing. Some of the best sandwiches I’ve had. The homemade pastries are a delight and the coffee they brew is quality. Can’t recommend it enough.“

“Not one of my favorite place, but the coffee is good. I found another coffee place that’s so much better but the coffee was OK. Customer service was great but there’s no parking that’s the toughest challenge but overall I did give them a 5 Stars for the customer service.“
“Formerly called The Reverse Orangutang now turned into this little coffee gem. What makes this probably one of my favorite places in the area is the fact that they offer such creative drinks along with the names. Besides that they do straight up coffee items as well. Flavorful coffee with a chill ambiance, what else could you ask for? Well maybe if the service was a little more friendly and not so hesitant to offer dine in service then yes this would definitely be a five star coffee shop in my book. Besides my personal gripe with that they do eventually give in if you ask for dine in service. Presentation is great along with the coffee. The shop itself is a shared space with another business so seating can be limited inside but they do have a small patio area on the side and a couple of seats in the front. So if you’re in the area and looking for flavorful coffee drinks or straight up Joe then definitely check out this place.“

“A great spot for a delicious latte!“
“I stopped by to try this coffee shop and overall it was an okay experience. The shop has a clean, open concept layout, but it’s oddly shaped, there’s really only room for about three people to stand in line since the entrance is directly behind the ordering area.
Service was fine, nothing standout but not bad either. I ordered a hot Biscoff latte and a hot Spanish latte. The drinks are a bit pricey, which I understand since they only offer one size (16 oz). Personally, when I’m trying a new coffee shop, I prefer having the option of a smaller size like a 12 oz or less.
Unfortunately, I didn’t really care for either latte. They weren’t terrible, just not my preference. Still, it was nice to sip on them while I was there and check out the space. I may not rush back for the coffee, but I’m glad I gave it a try.“

“I had this place on my bucket list for a while and finally got to try it—and it didn’t disappoint! I ordered the hot cocoa latte, which was smooth and not overly sweet (just how I like it). I also tried the Chapin chicken tamale, and it was unlike any tamale I’ve had before. The masa seemed to be made from rice, giving it a unique texture, almost like a comforting soup in the best way. It left me feeling satisfied without being overly full.
Overall, it’s a great spot for breakfast with fair prices. Definitely recommend!“

“I had the Spanish latte hot w whole milk. Really enjoyed it. Smooth and flavorful. Will ask for it extra hot next time. Son ordered an iced banana latte (sorry, can't remember the exact name of the drink), and he thought it was great, and he is incredibly picky when it comes to coffee. Also tried their ham and cheese croissant extra toasted. Flaky, fresh and yum. A big win for STCL!“

“I had the matcha cream brûlée with a snoopy design on top. Super cute! Matcha was alright, tasted fine. Wasn’t a big fan of the honey (I think?) on the bottom though. Kinda overpowering, wish it was maybe mixed into the drink or something.. will come back to try other drinks tho.“

“I'm always on the lookout for a really good coffee so today Google brought me here. I ordered a hot Spanish latte and my cousin ordered an iced peanut butter cream top latte and it did not disappoint. We were both pleasantly surprised and satisfied with what we ordered. “Excellent Americano and a very nice spacious place. Love the ambience of this coffee shop, and love that they have a Slayer espresso machine, too!
You can tell it's different Americano because of the more modern, foward-tasting notes that's more typical of Slayer. Slightly more woodsy, and layered than your heavier, rounded espresso drinks from a La Marzocco.
The ham and cheese croissant is light, crispy, and very delicious. It's a great case of less is more when you don't need a heavy sandwich but expect delicious clean flavor.
I ended up buying their Espresso Blend, and I can't wait to try it on my Profitec Go espresso machine at home.“
“I love this new Korean cafe in Pasadena. Their matcha is soo good and creamy! The pastries are delicious as well! They have a lot of options to choose from coffee, non caffeinated drinks , tea, pastries. And fruits desserts I’m definitely going to try their cute fruit desserts when I come back.
Service is amazing, my drinks and pastries came out really fast and everyone was friendly.
Ambiance is cute, and plenty of seating. They also sell some merch like shirts, coffee, tea and cups.
I got some of their coffee, cups and shirts.
I will definitely comeback.
What I got:
Matcha Rain
Pistachio Croissant
Orange Grapefruit Black Tea
Tomato Basil Pesto Danish“
“Cool little spot for bicycle needs. Also had coffee and a small seating section to enjoy the view of Whittier Boulevard. The attendant there was helpful and inviting. Has a small inventory of used bikes for sale. Might consider buying if I find that I need a new bike as my work commuting options haven't been explored yet, since I haven't started my new job yet. In any case, this will be a first stop to check. The Thai Tea was solid.“

“Very nice place. Excellent mochas.
Inside the Glendora Public Market so lots of seating though does not feel like a good work-away-from home space.
Core: roast their own beans. Make most of their own syrups (exception being the sugar free). They really care about the coffee. For example, they don’t let me mess up the mocha when I give them my oversized mug to use. Great folks.
Extras: they have on tap a selection of third party kombuchas. And some excellent baked goods.
Also parking is free and abundant. Sometimes it can get crowded. Usually I can get my large vehicle in but sometimes I’m happy to be driving smaller :)
I don’t recommend parking on the street around here though I’ve done it.
Con: a fairly standard one in that they can’t really help you navigate allergens in their third party products.
Bonus: this Market offers quite a varied selection of food places.“

“Came in for the buy one egg coffee, get one free. It was sooooo delicious!
It was my first time there. Was a little intimidating because of the crowd but the staff was really nice, the other customers were respectful and the wait wasn't that long. All in all. It was worth it!“
“I have been coming to this coffee shop for coffee. I always order Mocha Nutella latte and vanilla lavender latte. I recently tried the nutella croissant.
The mocha Nutella has a strong taste of chocolate, but not overpowering the taste of the coffee. The scent of the lavender is also strong for the vanilla lavender latte. They also warmed up my croissant without me requesting.
There is a parking structure in the building, but it is usually pretty full because people go to the gym will also use this parking structure.“

“I first discovered Erva Yerba Mate at music festivals and food truck events around Los Angeles, and I was immediately hooked. Their yerba mate drinks are incredibly refreshing—fruity, ice-cold, and genuinely satisfying. What really stood out to me was how I felt afterward: a clean, feel-good energy from the caffeine with no jitters or crash. It’s honestly better tasting and more balanced than coffee - which I'm not a regular drinker of.
I was so impressed that I started going directly to the store to fill my growler and ended up buying bottled yerba mate for myself and friends. Every time I go in, the staff is warm, friendly, and happy to chat. I usually ask whoever’s working to make me their favorite blend, and it’s always fantastic. Consistently cold, crisp, and refreshing. That's why I've enjoyed trying so many flavors!
A friend of mine said he ended up buying a growler from them at the Atwater farmers market on Sundays. He's also hooked!
Parking is easy, which is rare in LA, and I love that it’s right around the corner from the ReStore—perfect excuse to hunt for good deals after grabbing a drink. The owners, Tiffany and Juan, are genuinely kind, welcoming people, and it shows in how the place is run.
I've brought bottles to parties and events for people who don't want an adult beverage and people were SO APPRECIATIVE!
I really hope they expand their food options soon—I love the empanadas and the sauces and would happily eat more there. This place is a gem and a regular stop for me now.
Highly recommend if you want a better alternative to coffee and a great local small business to support.“
“I was drawn to this boba shop because of its high ratings and very reasonable prices! Located inside Chubby Cattle, you don’t need to dine at the restaurant to order here.
Here’s what I tried:
Osmantheous Oolong Milk Tea with Boba (less sugar, less ice): This was fantastic! The tea-forward flavor was exactly how I like my milk tea, and the boba had just the right texture—not too chewy and not overly sweet. I’d definitely order this again.
Strawberry Oolong Tea (less sugar, less ice): A little on the sweeter side for my taste, but still a great deal at just $2.99.
To my surprise, they were running a buy-two-get-one-free special during Christmas week! The third drink that was part of the promotion was an Iced Strawberry Matcha, which was quite sweet but still a nice addition to the experience.
Overall, this spot offers great value and drinks—I’d happily return!“
