“This is my go to place when in Bakersfield. The folks there always do a great job of taking care of me. The shrimp bucket is fantastic. I always add sausage to it and that makes it all the better. The Cajun fries are the best with a little shrimp bucket juice on them.Kid-friendliness: They have great options like fish and chips and chicken strips.“

“Mom and Pop type vibe with food that will make your stomach happy. Whoever has aux in the restaurant knows good music! The couple times i've went I've had the same waiter, he is super nice and attentive!!! He was super helpful my first time going and helped me pick out something to eat. The restaurant is clean. “Great lunch time deals at Thai House! They have a great menu for lunch for good prices under $15. The portions were really big for a lunch menu. I've been to other places for lunch and they do smaller portions, but I had to get a to go box for my meal!! I had the tour of Thailand for $14. It had red curry, rice, pad Thai, a piece of bbq chicken, along with some rice chips and sweet/sour sauce, and some cabbage. Really yummy! We were here for a long lunch meeting for about 2 hours and they never tried to kick us out or rush us. Wait staff was very friendly. They were half to 75 percent full and they were very attentive to everyone's needs. We will be back!!“

“The food is wonderful. We like the spicy eggplant and spicy thai basil dishes. We like the brown rice but the white rice is also very good. We have had the fish dish and it is wonderful. The service is great there whether it is takeout or dining in. I would bring my wife here for dinner out, it has a very nice feel.“
“We had a party of 6 adults and 5 children. Our server was really good overall and she was very attentive to the kids. The food was good. Not great, but nothing to complain about. If you want good Thai food I suggest you take the short trip to Asian Experience in Taft. I probably won't come again, just because we have such amazing Thai food locally. Again, though, service was very good.“
“I didn’t know what to expect when I approached the storefront. I honestly thought I was walking into a fast food style place. But after walking inside I realized it was as a sit down/take out type of restaurant. I approached the young lady at the order counter and asked if they did take out as I didn’t have time to sit down.The young lady said they did and handed me a lunch special menu. It was a minimal list of options but that wasn’t a bad thing in my opinion, as it was concise and offered some good sounding options. I ordered the Spicy Basil over Rice with the chicken option. The young lady at the counter told me it would be about 10 minutes until my order was ready. I sat down and started watching something on my phone. I would say my food was ready 7 or 8 minutes later.When I finally sat down to eat it at my workplace I opened up the container and was pleasantly surprised at the appearance of the food. As I dug in to eat the flavors were really bright and bold. I really liked it and I will be returning. Next time I may dine in.“
