“Great Service and the best Thai in Santa Barbara!“

“Yum! Just had the Pork Bahn Mi sandwich for lunch. Took it home to eat. Lots of great flavors, a little heat and the bread! Crunchy on the outside, and soft on the inside! Highly recommend. Everyone is so nice there! A little hidden in the back of the market. Head straight back to the left.
Parking: The market has free guest parking downstairs behind the Arlington. Paid city lot across the street where the first 75 mins are free. Street parking around but less plentiful than the garage and city lot.
Kid-friendliness: Located in the Santa Barbara Public Market. Fun, colorful decor and you can sit at the counter and watch them cook. And if the kids want something different - all kinds of options at the market.“

“Really tasty Thai, chill outdoor seating, and friendly service. Outta towner arriving in SB for first time. Craving Thai and chose this place based on the reviews and was pleased they had outdoor seating available.
Couldn't be happier - all the dishes were very flavorful - for me the standouts were the Panang Curry and the Chili Fish. But all dishes we had were flavorful. Friendly service, decent prices, and just enjoyed the outdoor dining. Great way for me and my family to first experience SB.“
“Their menu lists various options for vegetarians and the friendly staff know what vegan is and can adapt many of the dishes. The yellow curry was very aromatic, but the sauce on the cashew nut tofu was a bit bland. Both dishes came with lots of tofu, and with the rice were very filling.“

“Third time here. The food is tasty and the portions are very generous. We got pad thai, yellow curry and fried rice. There were large shrimp in the pad thai and fried rice. Not a dine in place, get take out. We’re new to sb and glad we found it! We’ll be back“

“A great little place in the open market area. The noodles bowls looked amazing, but way too big for my appetite at the time! I got the special, Thai friend rice with chicken. Excellent choice, cooked perfect and a lot of chicken! I highly recommend.“

“The tamarind chili chicken wings are fried to perfection. It's thr perfect crispy wing covered in a tamarind tangy sauce. Pickles chillies are sprinkled over for a subtle crunch and slight heat. Would definitely suggest as an appetizer. Don't be afraid to ask for more heat.“

“Enjoyed the poor man’s noodles with ground chicken though the medium spice level wasn’t really spicy at all. Service was good. Didn’t love how they brought the check before I’d even drank my tea, but would come back to try another dish.“

“Had a pleasant experience at Menu Fan. We visited couple of times during our trip to SB. Service was very attentive, food was tasty (with no MSG!).
Although, the drunken noodle which we specially requested to be "Mild spicy" was quite spicy due to the chili flakes seasoning. The quantity is on the lesser end and would be nicer if it were more.
Overall, a solid 4/5“
