“We have hesitated going to Cold Stone because my son has a peanut allergy however this evening his dad and him went in and they mentioned his allergy. My son came home ecstatic, sharing his experience at the local Cold Stone where Jizel and Natalie made his experience memorable. He came home telling me how they explained to him how they do safely serve ice cream for those who have peanut allergies. He shared how he won't have to pass on his free coupons that his school gives out anymore and he can now go get ice cream as well. He is so cautious of what he eats specially when we try new places and I am so thankful that these two young ladies made his first time at Cold Stone such a delight and made him feel so comfortable. He said they were so nice to him and how he can't wait to go back. Thank you so much to those wonderful employees working this evening.“

“While Porto’s is well-known, the Downey location feels a little less crowded than others. The guava cheese pastry is always a winner—flaky, buttery, and sweet. I tried their Cuban sandwich for lunch, and it was huge and satisfying. The lines move quickly thanks to the efficient staff. Definitely worth the drive for affordable, delicious baked goods“

“Came here for Brioche with ricotta, honey, and pistachio. Got two croissants which were Strawberry & cream and Bacon & onion for togo. For Brioche I requested for honey on the side because I prefer to adjust the sweetness by myself and it was perfectly scrumptious. Millions out of ten! Brioche itself was soft, buttery, and tasty so it complimented very well with ricotta and honey plus a bit crunchy from pistachio. Oh one bite and I was blown away. My taste buds were dancing happily. Let’s talk about croissants. Normally, I tend to like savory croissants more than sweet croissants. However, after I tried both of them, strawberry and cream is the winner. I really like the filling. I’m not sure if it’s mascarpone or something else that went really well with strawberry jam. It’s so freaking good! Bacon and onion croissant was not bad at all but as I stated earlier, strawberry & cream is the winner for me.“

They have always had delicious Mexican bread, pastries, and cakes...now they have added tamales (if you're lucky enough to get them). “this past weekend i came to coldstone and it was my very first time, and a beautiful sweet young lady named nicole helped me out, she was so understanding, and allowed me to sample whatever i wanted and walked me through all the signatures, i felt so bad because we spent like 10 minutes discussing the signatures but she was super patient and super kind, i went with a got to have it “cheesecake fantasy” but i replaced the ice cream for mint, and the blue berries and strawberries for brownies and chocolate chips, if you ever visit, i 10/10 recommend!!! we were making small talk as she made my ice cream and she honestly felt like my daughter! she was so kind, seeing a young lady so energetic was so refreshing. if management is reading this, she’s a keeper!!! never let her go!!! if you stop by coldstone, ask for nicole, she will provide the best customer service you have ever experienced!!“
