“I ordered from Uber Eats, and oh my goodness! Food was fresh, still hot. The steak was tender, well marinated and so delicious. Hummus and pita bread…yummy! They even thought out every detail, making sure utensils and a little baggie with garlic sauce, hot peppers, hot sauce and sumac seasoning was included. Definitely 10 out of 10, thank you! For the appetizers, my favorites were the Kashk E'bademjan (Eggplant Delight), Potato Salad, and the Hummus! They have more selections, but this is what I was able to try. I hear all are great! For the Entrees, ALL OF THEIR KABOBS ARE FIRE (MMM MMMM YUMMY). I had a sample of most them and in the islands, we would say "broke da mouf kine", which translates to, the food is *beep beep* GOOD! If you've never had Persian Food, or you love it, this is the restaurant for you! Drinks? I love Korean Soju and Cass beer, so yeah, +10 points from me. They do carry various Wines and Beers though...and of course your choice of Soda Pop. Atmosphere? It' gives you a Kewl Kids Vibe; a classy place where you can be yourself with family and friends and just enjoy each others company. You have your choice of Indoor and Outdoor dinning which is amazing. There's also a private room upstairs that can hold 20 people for a meal and karaoke (there is a fee to reserve, but very much worth it). Staff? We were greeted at the door as if we were coming home. Pasha and his staff go above and beyond to make sure all your needs are met. Their suggestions on meal and drink pairings are spot on. I can't thank Pasha and the crew for making our group outing a success. Overall? I'll be going back and I hope that you add this restaurant to your list of 'go to' places to dine at. “Great ambiance and amazing food. I had a lot of food… falafel, spicy hummus, kafta kabob, tzatziki loaded with veggies, cheese balls, and baklava. All so delicious and fresh. I even loved the fresh pita and dipping sauce that was complimentary. From the manager and many servers, everyone was pleasant and friendly throughout my time there. I went during happy hour so the specials were great during that time. I’m definitely returning to this Mediterranean restaurant for sure. I loved it.“

“This place is my new favorite food in central LA! The food tasted so fresh and looked exactly like the photos, if not better. My daughter and I went prom dress shopping and stopped here for a bite, she does not even like middle Easter food and told me she loved this food. The service was amazing too!“

“I spotted this place while driving to See’s Candies and decided to give it a try, so glad I did. From the moment we walked in, the customer service was on point. We were greeted right away, and the whole place had a warm, welcoming, homey vibe.

The menu selection is solid. We ordered the beef gyro and the chicken souvlaki plate. The beef gyro was very tasty, the meat was tender, flavorful, and cooked just right. The chicken souvlaki was also delicious, but the real standout for me was the hummus. It’s made in-house, and you can absolutely tell, creamy, warm, and honestly one of the best hummus dishes I’ve had.

It even brought back memories of Papa Cristo back in Mid-City LA, that’s how good it was. If you’re craving quality Mediterranean food, don’t pass this gem up.“

“I ordered the cinnamon oat latte, and I'm usually not a fan of oatmilk but it was balanced so well against the espresso and the cinnamon that it didn't dominate the flavor. It was a very smooth drink, not too sweet, not too bitter, and not too strong.

My wife got the strawberry matcha latte, and while the matcha was of a decent grade and quality, the strawberry isn't a puree, nor is it like a strawberry creme or milk added in, it's an additive in powder form and she doesn't tend to like that.

Their chocolate croissant, which we shared, was heated up as requested, it came with a line of melted chocolate drizzle on top, which I think was similar to Nutella but less thick in terms of consistency. It was also topped with powder sugar, and it had an inserted line of darker chocolate, maybe 65%, so pretty balanced against the sweetness of everything else involved.

The area the cafe is located in is nice, it's a large promenade with several nicer restaurants (it's also sort of attached to it's restaurant counterpart) and there's plenty to walk around and get some shopping done or walk off the drinks and baked sweets. Plenty of parking as well, and the mall itself is only a block or two north from the cafe.“

They are the non-vinegar type which I much prefer, firm with plenty of rich olive oil. Then the Sea Bass entrée. Two full filets traditionally seasoned, a large salad, and potatoes. “This review is for my experience with catering. Due to a mix-up at another restaurant, I had to make last-minute changes to catering plans for a small gathering I was hosting. A couple days before my event, I inquired whether Dune Atwater would be able to fulfill my order.

Leslie the catering director responded the next day and gave recommendations for the size of my event as well as dietary needs. I submitted the order as recommended and picked up the next day.

Food came out on time and they helped load my order into the car. Wow, I was very impressed with the packaging and presentation. Came with quality serving utensils, placards describing the food and ingredients/allergens. Vegetable platter was beautifully arranged with an incredible variety of pickled veggies, salads, and hummus.

Our guests were very impressed by the food presentation, and most importantly, everything was delicious. People who had never eaten at Dune were asking where we catered from. So glad things worked out and we would definitely cater with Dune again.“

We had a cashier server named Tiani. She was so kind to my wife and I, gave us sincere service with a smile and checked on us after we started the grub fest just because.

Came here on a suggestion from a friend who's very sensitive to gluten. She could literally eat anything on the menu she was overwhelmed for the first time in ages!

Reasonably priced considering the food and atmosphere.

Food was excellent, the garlic bread was incredible!

I got the chicken and beef shawarma plate as a main dish. I loved the chicken it was juicy and flavorful. The shawarma, was a little over done on the spices but the meat was insanely tender.

We also had the garlic sauce, only get that if you love garlic otherwise it'll be too much.

For dessert I got their huge cookie which was really good!

I don't usually like gluten free food, but this spot nailed it perfectly, would recommend even to non gluten folks.

Atmosphere is beautiful, it definitely feels like you're somewhere else once you're inside or even in their outdoor area.

Staff was very friendly and more than helpful!
