The crust is wood fired and feels somewhere between Neopolitan and NY style. Chewy, flavorful, not too thick- rly nice. The deep dish is fun as well. We first came here back when the chef who is now known for Two Rose bread started it, and the quality of the food has remained high. “If you want authentic Burmese Food, go there. Not pricy, yummy food and warmly welcoming environment.
I really wanted Shan noodle with Tofu but mostly Burmese Restaurant only offered Shan Noodle, but this one has it. So I ordered Shan Tofu Noodle and it’s so fresh. Monhikha is good but texture is thick.
The place is hard to find as it’s really small inside. Waiting time for food is so long, for me, I waited for about 20 25 mins to get my food after already ordering. The lunch special deal is good one.“

“I came here on a rainy afternoon with no expectations. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted so warmly. And then the food came.

You know that scene in Ratatouille at the end of the movie when the big food critic takes a bite and gets that flashback to his childhood? That warm, comforted, happy feeling? That’s exactly how this food made me feel.

It was hands down the best Thai food I’ve ever had in my life. Every bite tasted like real family, home-cooked love not just restaurant food.

The service was incredible. The woman there packed up my leftovers for me (something even a lot of “nice” restaurants don’t do), opened the door when I left, and even offered to let me borrow an umbrella because it was still raining.

If you want authentic, family-style Thai food that makes you feel something, this is the spot.
