“Consistently delicious. Best fish tacos ever, crispy but soft inside, and so well served! I can eat the fish tacos all day, but if you ever crave something else- the tacos dorados are also delicious- beans, requeson or potato- all so good! The ceviche has also become a go-to part of my order. Lastly, the service is always top tier- everyone is so nice and incredibly helpful!“

“I was there during the week shortly after opening. It was nice and quiet, which I do appreciate. I had a chorizo burrito, it very good. The green salsa was flavorful. They have café de olla, which for my taste was warm, but tasted really good. Overall it was a good experience.“

“Excellent, I stopped by on a Saturday as my car was being serviced a few doors down and had the shredded beef Flauta combo which was remarkable. Hearty portions. So I then returned again on Sunday with company I had the enchiladas with green sauce (pic) as she had a wet burrito. Simply Delicious ?“

“The best taco spot I've ever been to. The tacos are amazing and the price is the best around. Most places mess up on their chicken but not here, the chicken is on point along with everything else on the menu. Come here and you wont be disappointed. I just wish they stayed open longer.“

“Tacos Raul Review
I've been a loyal customer of Tacos Raul for decades! Their tacos are consistently good, and I love their sancocho, a hearty stew that's perfect for a cold day. The horchata is refreshing, but their al pastor is the real star. I usually opt for tacos or burritos, but their tortas are also worth trying. Parking is convenient, and the staff is friendly and mostly Spanish-speaking. Their salsa is a delicious addition to any meal, and I always ask for extra. If you're looking for authentic Mexican food with a long-standing history, Tacos Raul is a must-visit.“

“I love this place, this is my new go to place they have a little bit of everything…every time I go I get their delicious menudo! Tortillas echas a mano is the best…I also tried their chilaquiles and they were delicious, all their food is home made and remembers me of my great grandmas cooking. I fully recommend this place to anyone looking for good authentic Mexican food, I also chatted along with don chuy and his wife, very humble people… 10/10 for me, ny wife loves it.“

“What an experience! From the moment we sat down, the service was exceptional—attentive without being overbearing. We started with the guacamole, which was so creamy and flavorful, and I loved that they served it with homemade tortilla chips. For the main course, I had the mole enchiladas, and they were the best I’ve ever had. The rich, velvety sauce paired perfectly with the tender chicken. The ambiance was lively but relaxed, with beautiful Mexican-inspired decor that added to the overall experience. Highly recommend!“

“We came to Tacos Culiacan to celebrate my Comadre's belated birthday. It just happened to be on Viernes Santo. So I was excited to see if they had Cuaresma food.THEY DID!!!I ordered the Shrimp Patties topped with Nopales in Salsa Roja with a side of Beans & Rice with three Homemade Corn Tortillas. My Comadre got the Chiles Rellenos con Queso with Beans & Rice and the Tortillas. We also got a side of the Queso to add to the beans and the tacos. It added a yummy 'just like home' flavor. For dessert, we had the Capirotada, a Mexican-style bread pudding. We had the last of it, and it was more than enough to eat there and take home. The place is small and intimate. Our server was very friendly, and we were the last folks there. She gave us space to chat and visit while she mopped. It really reminded me of eating at home.“

“My family is from Tijuana and I frequent often. This is as authentic as it gets. Best corn tortillas around by far. Best carne asada around. I would put this up there with some of the best tacos in LA. It holds its own. Make sure you get a carne asada queso taco with everything when you’re here.“

“I only get the burger and fries so I cannot comment on the Mexican food. They are quick at getting things done.
Today I decided to get breakfast and that was a mistake. The hash browns were burnt and inedible.
Lesson learned“

“I have been eating at this restaurant for more than one year. Their food has a great taste, and the service is excellent and friendly. All the plates look like they were cooked with love and care, compared to other Salvadoran restaurants I have visited in these areas, where they serve food to make money regardless of whether the dish is well cooked or not. Excellent restaurant!“

“I enjoyed the chicken tenders and the loaded fries were awesome. A little heavy on the sauce but I feel like it really added to my experience. There’s no inside seating but some seats outside if you wanna eat there. The chicken was well seasoned and I would eat it again. Did not pick up phone when I called ahead but the order only took like 20 minutes for three fresh orders of chicken so I do not mind at all honestly, quality takes time.“
“I came across this place when looking for a spot for some aguas frescas. Hidden gem. I asked for pepino, lime and chia agua fresca. The lady made it right on the spot it was amazing, so refreshing. I went back the next day, it was that good. I don't even think it was on the menu, but they made it. Sweet couple. The mangonada and vanilla ice cream were great as well.“

“This is a local small business with great food. Service is what you would expect from a mom and pop spot. When I grabbed a Coke out of the fridge it was super dirty but I was ok switching it for a less dirty one and cleaning it out so I could drink it. Tacos de marlin were absolutely fantastic. I’d definitely come back to try other items. Price is great considering today’s economy. I ate in so they gave me chips and salsa at no cost.“

“My wife gets urges for Del Taco's little cheap tacos every once in a while. Their food is satisfying. The cost is inexpensive. We usually go thru the drive thru so the staff isn't overly friendly or anything, but they are not rude or dismissive either. We continue to go there so all in all it's a cool fast food spot.“

“🇲🇽 SINALOA, MÉXICO (via Eat the World Los Angeles) - The flavors of Cosalá, in Sinaloa's highlands, have a home on Alondra Blvd. in Bellflower. For just over two years, the bright pink words “Carolina Tamales” have announced themselves to passersby at the busy Alondra Blvd. and Clark Avenue intersection in Bellflower. If you read the smaller sign, you will be invited to try “estilo Sinaloa” and if you pick up the menu you will see even that narrowed down to the Pueblo Mágico of Cosalá.
As with restaurants that offer food from Culiacán, Sinaloa’s capital which lives on lower ground about 155 kilometers from Cosalá, the food focuses more on the land than the sea. While you might be tempted by tacos de marlin that show up on the menu, it is plates of chilorio ($18.95) that should take top billing. This dish of slow-cooked pork that is then fried with chiles once tender is available with eggs or vegetables. Each plate comes with rice, a wedge of white cheese, and a pool of frijoles puercos, one of the most amazing foods that come from Sinaloa.“
