“I’m so happy to have L and L back! There used to be one on Crescent Drive(a couple blocks away) and I was heartbroken when it shut down. I moved away for a while and imagine how awesome of a surprise it was to see my favorite Hawaiian BBQ spot has returned just before I moved back! ???
The employees are all super friendly, the food is always cooked to perfection, and the dining area is kept clean and tidy.
The only thing that would make this place better is if they would extend their hours on Friday/Saturday nights. A lot of other restaurants in the area close at 9pm on weeknights and 10pm on weekends so I was surprised/bummed to see that they close “early” in comparison.“

“Delicious! I honestly did not even know that Kinder’s had a restaurant! And the experience overall what was AMAZING! Not only was the food i order, delicious, but the e customer service was beyond great. It was actually close to closing time and by the time we got our food and sat down to eat, it was already past closing time and they did not rush us, they allowed us to eat and enjoy our food. “I'm confused by the lack of recent reviews.. i went here the other night because they were open til 11:45pm which is awesome cus i clock out at 11.. went with a safe order, some zhangzhou rice n a couple chx skewers.. this place is the real deal whoevers reading this, you can safely ignore the old shitty reviews. The food was just insanely good.. not a particularly complicated dish but its one of those.. anyone can do this but few have mastered it* 100% worth it to try this place out. Parking: There was not a lot of parking in front of Kinders, but I have been fortunate to find parking relatively close.

“Took a friend for her birthday lunch to Moa, which was separately recommended to me by another friend familiar with my love for kalbi and banchan. It definitely measured up.
My friend said she never had Korean before except for KoCups - right?! Since I'd been wanting to try Moa for a while it seemed like the perfect opportunity.
We went for a midweek lunch and we got the fried mandoo, a kalbi lunch and a dolsot bibimbap. There was one person there - greeting/seating/taking orders/serving/cashing out.. Front of House one-woman-show. She was great! Very friendly and efficient and pleasant.
Everything came out hot, sizzling and so very fast! The kalbi was tender and delicious and my friend polished off the bibimbap plus some of my kalbi and we went through 2 rounds of banchan. Food was wonderful!
The restaurant is small but well-situated and clean. Restroom also clean and well-maintained.
The atmosphere is relaxed and we had a really comfortable and leisurely meal.
Location is really easy to find and get to, plus lots of free parking in the lot.

Vegetarian options: Lots of delicious vegetable dishes with options to add tofu or another protein, if preferred

“Ok so, I’ve been looking for some good bbq in Vallejo for a while. Someone else recommended CJ’s. Thank you to that person! The food is GOOD! When I tell you the ribs are cooked and smoked to perfection! They were so good! My family and I ordered ribs, links, potato salad, cabbage, baked Mac and cheese and corn bread. I wanted to post pictures but it slipped my mind because I was grubbing lol.. But yes I definitely would recommend them if you’re looking for some GOOD bbq. They have a very good menu. I chose to order the Korean Bento Box with grilled spicy chicken. I like spicy food, and this item was not too spicy, so I ordered more
chile.
The green tea was super good.

“Excellent local butcher shop and deli. BBQ sauce is also very good. The ball tip sandwich is the most popular sandwich on the menu. I would personally recommend the sweet potato fries because their sauce is delicious. The meat is always top notch. Kinders is very well known around here. The only downside I would say is that it is not cheap. It is hard to find a sandwich under $10 on the menu. Definitely worth trying if you are driving through!“

“I got to try this last night at the Todos Santos Plaza festival in Concord and the two meat plate with beans and potato salad was absolutely delicious! We got hot links and brisket as our meats and got it spicy and found the spice level to be completely tolerable. Mr. Willy himself was kind enough to let me sample his mac and cheese and was receptive to my feedback (which he solicited!) Once we got to talking we traded some ideas. “Just went last Week and I went in feeling stupid trying to pull off a last minute get-together for a valued staff member at my dialysis treatment center and 15-18 other staff members. I came out very educated, because not only did they have the prices, clearly indicated, on the wall, they also had the small, medium and large aluminum family/Party size pans (shown on wall) to put the combo I purchased, in. I requested, but didn't need a Manager. The Cashier was fully knowledgeable about what I was stumbling and stammering over. That took 5 minutes, including payment for the order, (with her suggestion) after telling her what I needed it for.? She requested 20 minutes to prepare and I was on my way to the venue, in less, taking altogether a half hour. ? The meat was done and It was a hit!!!! They ARE a Great solution for last minute, especially when Grocery stores and caterers ask for 2 days! Marvelous job and I chose them for a Seafood combo and Loca Moco dish 2 days later, on Saturday. ??

Vegetarian options: Good vegetarian selection. My Grandson is a Pescatarian. The Atmosphere is better than most and it is definitely ADA compliant.
