In the time leading to the event, communication with Tumi has been prompt, and she has been very helpful in providing suggestions on the types of dishes and amounts to order, especially in the setting of some of the guests' dietary restrictions. Tumi has also been very understanding in suggesting different options on how to stay within budget.

Regarding the food delivery, it was delivered early and displayed beautifully with the chafing dishes and sterno fuel. We were then given instructions on how to serve them.
