“Nice place inside vons. ordered a Caramel macciaotto but saw an ad for the mocha caramel. she changed my order without any grief. Bring a white CIS male, I didn't feel discriminated against at all and was not worried about finding spit in my drink, unlike other Starbucks.“

“Not sure what the other reviewers are so upset about but I come to big bear quite frequently for weekend trips with my family and we always come here. Ive never had any issues with the staff, everyone is always friendly and nice. It can get pretty busy in the winter so wait times can be a bit longer, but that’s for everything when there’s a longer line. Just picked up my mobile order and everything is delicious and perfect, per usual.“
