We hosted a farewell brunch for a wedding weekend there...the buffet was fresh and beautifully displayed --chorizo, eggs, a variety of salsa and toppings, homemade tortillas, fresh fruit and mimosas. The ambiance was sunny, open and chic. Nadia, their event coordinator, pulled this together for us on just a few week's notice. She is very professional, accommodating and creative. Michael and his wait staff made sure our guests had a plenty of food and drinks no matter what time they arrived. The event exceeded our expectations. “A buddy of mine took me to this small joint Mexican restaurant in Vista. We both order Cani Asada burrito ?. The cashier lady is super friendly. The burrito is tasty and made just the way it should be. Meat, Fresca salsa, quacamole.! No BS rice and bean. Another bonus is chips and salsa included with your order.
Being away from San Diego for so long and unable to find a decent Mexican restaurant with authentic foods. This place hit all the spots.
Wish the meat a little bit rare, but I am satisfied with the meal. I definitely will stop by again when I am in the area. ??“

“I've been coming to this place for years, recently it was sold to different management and I thought the quality was going to go down. Quite the opposite, the food has gotten so much better.Mariscos are really good, fresh flavor. Salsas are better than most places, they're actually flavorful and spicy. It's hard to find good mariscos in North County, but this place is amazing.Highly recommend it.“

We got thr super burrito and the carnitas burrito. They were pretty tasty delicious . The salsas are just OKAY, the red one needs alot of salt.... what is it, there low sodium SALSA .

“Amazing service. Staff was very friendly. I ordered a cabeza burrito and it’s honestly some of the best cabeza I’ve ever had. I also like taco shops that don’t stuff their burritos with too much rice and beans. In fact, the burrito I got was just meat, onion in cilantro. Just the way I like it! I definitely recommend this place. The diner was also cozy. Padded seats and it was cool inside. Definitely my new go to spot when I’m working in vista!“

“If you are looking for great Mexican fast food, Pedro's is the place. Their food is delicious and reasonably priced. Our go to burrito is the been, rice, quacamole and potato burrito. Their mild packaged salsa is acually pretty good, but I always ask for their fresh green salsa-sooo good! Fallbrook is lucky to have a Pedro's in town! Enjoy!“

“Ranking for the category of fast casual mexican food, emphasis on seafood. Nice looking and clean, new remodel of a former pizza place in the strip mall. Great service, large menu with a seafood focus and beer & wine. The food was fresh made and tasty. We did not have seafood, but we enjoyed the standard staples. The chicken flautas were crisp but not overcooked. Fries were good. Quesidillas were cooked perfectly and flavorful. Street tacos were a delight. The chilie rellenos/enchilada combo was excellent. Horchata tasted great, but was a little thin, but very refreshing. The guacamole tasted like fresh avocado, excellent, but could use some spices and onion, tomato, etc. The salsa served with chips was just OK. Flavor was good but the salsa was very thin and watery, did not scoop on the chip, and was a disappointment. The chips were OK, but not served warm and tasted like out of a bag. The sour cream also was very thin and quickly became runny, I suggest getting better salsa and sour cream. The food quality was great, and I would eat here again. Plenty of parking and great ADA access. Kid friendly, and a kids menu. A good family place. Service was quick and efficient, and the staff were smiling and friendly, and very knowledgeable.“

The salsas were all good and the bar has limes and pickles carrots and cucumbers as well. The tacos were insanely cheap but super delicious, I will definitely be returning“

“My niece brought me a 2 taco plate from here today (first time customer) and I have to say it was great, the beef tacos were good but a little of the red sauce made them amazing. I love beans and theirs were very good. Now I don't normally like Mexican rice as it's always too dry but theirs surprised me and was great, I ate every bite of the meal and was very satisfied.I see some negative reviews about this location in particular but I will be trying it again, don't know if I just got lucky this time or not.“
