“Ate here for the first time last evening after driving past it many times up and down Oceanside Blvd. All I can say is "Incredible!!" We parked our car, walked into the grass carpeted area and felt like we were no longer on Oceanside Blvd. The area they have set up with tables, fame heaters and a large screen TV is great. It is immaculate, and actually cleaner than a lot of local restaurants I've been in. The young lady who helped us since it was our first time, was excellent. She was making sure the condiment area was supper clean, I could have eaten off of it, lol. She had a great smile and was very welcoming as she helped us with answering our questions about the menu. The food was excellent, and the portions were great. Pricing was excellent and we will definitely be back. Again, both the area and truck are immaculate and the cleanest I've ever seen. Thank you, Gaby's Tacos, for an excellent "truck" dining experience!! If you have not stopped but keep wondering about it, give it a chance and support a local business.“

“We came with the whole family (7 of us) from San Diego & Murrieta because based on its menu Los Cabos in Vista offered all the types of seafood (raw oysters, whole fish with head and tail, shrimp, octopus). Everything including the tacos we ordered was so finger-licking good!!! Compliments to the chefs! And best of all was the service from Beyonce & Karina - quick, helpful, friendly!!! Our only suggestion would be to please add oxtail to the menu!!! Gracias a todos.“

“A buddy of mine took me to this small joint Mexican restaurant in Vista. We both order Cani Asada burrito ?. The cashier lady is super friendly. The burrito is tasty and made just the way it should be. Meat, Fresca salsa, quacamole.! No BS rice and bean. Another bonus is chips and salsa included with your order.
Being away from San Diego for so long and unable to find a decent Mexican restaurant with authentic foods. This place hit all the spots.
Wish the meat a little bit rare, but I am satisfied with the meal. I definitely will stop by again when I am in the area. ??“

“Mannn i've tried a lot of different marisco (seafood) places and this place is leagues and bounds above the places i've been to even compared to the great places in Mexico!

The service is better than most restaurants. The gentlemen here are very attentive, kind, informative, and treat you like family.

This place is a hidden gem and well worth the visit. I live in LA and i still go out of my way to eat here.

I would give this place 10 stars if i could!

“If you are looking for great Mexican fast food, Pedro's is the place. Their food is delicious and reasonably priced. Our go to burrito is the been, rice, quacamole and potato burrito. Their mild packaged salsa is acually pretty good, but I always ask for their fresh green salsa-sooo good! Fallbrook is lucky to have a Pedro's in town! Enjoy!“

“I found this place by accident while walking to Jack in the Box. But I had been wanting to try some fish tacos in California, and yeah, this place has fish tacos.

It has amazing fish tacos. They're six bucks each and they're huge. The fish are in breaded chunks, and there's a lot of fish on these tacos.

This is a 24 hour place, and most people sit outside. The folks in the kitchen deserve a shout-out. Most seating is outside. The menu is huge. And of course in Carlsbad, the weather is always perfect for outside seating.

Update: I went back the next day and got a breakfast burrito. It's as big as a house.

“Ranking for the category of fast casual mexican food, emphasis on seafood. Nice looking and clean, new remodel of a former pizza place in the strip mall. Great service, large menu with a seafood focus and beer & wine. The food was fresh made and tasty. We did not have seafood, but we enjoyed the standard staples. The chicken flautas were crisp but not overcooked. Fries were good. Quesidillas were cooked perfectly and flavorful. Street tacos were a delight. The chilie rellenos/enchilada combo was excellent. Horchata tasted great, but was a little thin, but very refreshing. The guacamole tasted like fresh avocado, excellent, but could use some spices and onion, tomato, etc. The salsa served with chips was just OK. Flavor was good but the salsa was very thin and watery, did not scoop on the chip, and was a disappointment. The chips were OK, but not served warm and tasted like out of a bag. The sour cream also was very thin and quickly became runny, I suggest getting better salsa and sour cream. The food quality was great, and I would eat here again. Plenty of parking and great ADA access. Kid friendly, and a kids menu. A good family place. Service was quick and efficient, and the staff were smiling and friendly, and very knowledgeable.“

“Omg where do I start I started seeing you guys post about opening in Oceanside since day 1 when you guys were seeing the place then starting to get everything together ; the mural, and then when you guys finally opened I told my husband there gonna open a Mexican restaurant in Oceanside that sells Guadalajara style food we were both so excited because my husband is from guanatos city baby!!! We finally got the chance to try the food in October of 2021; let me just tell you that the most excited I was about was to try the carne en su jugo and when I tried it I fell in love again because that is my favorite Guadalajara plate; it was so good I finished it all ; also tried the birria tacos omg those were so good too I really recommend this place; when we ate here they gave us a free jericalla and it was also so good!! I will definitely come back to this place every time I go to California it's gonna be our favorite place to eat in Oceanside. I was born in Oceanside so I was also excited to go back again to where I was born!!! You guys really have good customer service and really great food and also the lady at the front gave us some free stickers I think she's the owner but I'm not sure but we put those on my husbands truck in Alaska.
