“We just moved here from San Mateo and have had lots of amazing Chinese food but this is our favorite!!! It’s a special place and the gentleman inside is very pleasant each time I’ve gone and everything tastes home made and so delicious!. The food flavor is just amazing! We especially love the salt and pepper wings (the salt flavor is so tasty!! I don’t know what salt he uses but it’s so amazing) and it comes with a blend of green onions and other things sprinkled on top that are just awesome! The chicken fried rice is also amazing!!! Hot and sour soup also a favorite - you just have to go and at least try these few items. The other thing is it tastes healthier and less oily than other Chinese food we have had - sort of how it would taste if you make it at home! Best egg rolls we have ever had! It has a spice in it that really makes it taste good I think it might be allspice or cloves or something like that but wow! If you are in Brisbane you must try it!”

I like going here after work for their happy hour to catch up with my sister bestie as she works around there. It's quite, serence and very relaxing by the Brisbane Marina. Plus a nice break if you are looking for a quiet me time away for yourself to relax.
Patio area is nice & cozy to chill & enjoy the sun with a beautiful waterfront view.
Food is good with american flare of sliders, chicken wings, flat breads, good selection of drinks, mocktails & beers definitely recommended.
Located on the back side of the Biosiences building with plenty of parking by Sierra Point Yacht Club and San Francisco Bay Trial to walk around the Marina & Pier.”

I must say I picked a good day to go to the subway.

They had a 6 inch special where you get a 6 inch sandwich, bag of chips and a soda for only $6.99.

I got the chicken teriyaki special that bad boy was fire. 🔥🔥🔥

“Liholiho is a fantastic restaurant! The space is modern and beautifully designed, with an open kitchen where you can watch everything being prepared, which adds a lot of energy and transparency to the dining experience.

The service was very friendly, attentive, and quick. The cocktails were excellent, and even the non-alcoholic one I ordered was made with care and tasted great.

The food was outstanding. The bun with beef tongue was extraordinary, the tuna tartare and ceviche were perfectly balanced and fresh, and the shrimps with crispy rice were especially memorable. All dishes showed creativity, originality, and were prepared with high quality ingredients.

For three people, including first and main courses, drinks, and one dessert, the bill came to $260, which I found fair for this level of quality. The only minus point is that the restaurant does not offer coffee, which would have been a nice way to finish the meal.

Overall, I really enjoyed everything at Liholiho. Highly recommended, and I hope I will get to return again!”

“This family-run restaurant more than live up to the 5-star reviews and our daughter’s recommendation. What a nice experience: from making the reservation to friendly greeting on arrival, through delicious dessert. Authentic HK cuisine draws SF locals and visitors from all over Asia. Server helped us pick a variety of dim sum and other dishes for our party of 6. Beyond the terrific dumplings, our favorites were Drunken Chicken, Steamed Chilean Seabass, Seafood Ma Po Tofu, Ribeye with Mushroom, and Gai Choy. For dessert we split Egg Yolk Cake, Fried Sesame Ball, and Mango Pudding. We’ll be back, and I highly recommend the restaurant.”

Solid food (except the one time I had a scale in my sushi roll). Not bad service (wish they'd be more accommodating with requests). Takes too damn long to make (~80 min ETA every time on DoorDash).

Prefer Sushi Shio. every. single. time.

“We walked in on NYE without a reservation and they graciously found us a spot in the bar area. Service was on point and staff were festively dressed! I love a crafty cocktail but most are too sweet. I had the Smokey mezcal cocktail 🍹. Perfection. Appetizers were delish as well. Perfect way to start our NYE celebrations.”
