“This place is absolutely beautiful, the service was great and the bbq truck they are paired with was also delicious.
They have a wonderful wine selection but also had some great non-alcoholic options.
The gentleman at the bar even turned on the heater next to our table for us since it was a drizzly day.
If I lived around here I’d definitely be here all the time!“

“Amazing Solvang experience. Savannah took amazing care of us. Jason and Melissa were very experienced with wine and gave us great education and history of wines. The food was amazing. We had a shrimp dip and a gourmet grilled cheese sandwich. Small family owned business that’s super friendly and amazing.
10/10 would come back!“

“I love visiting this spot to taste the incredible wines that Michael and Maureen curate from some of the best local winemakers who don’t have tasting rooms of their own. The setting is beautiful, the atmosphere is relaxed, and the wine selection is always outstanding. Highly recommended!“

The grounds were beautiful and we learned so much from Ashlyn as she introduced us to the property. The wine is STUNNING - unique and delicious, and different from SY valley. “The wines are phenomenal, thus why my wife and became members a few years ago. This Gleason Family winery is also a very attractive and amazing facility. The grounds are beautiful, and the tasting room gets you right into the ranch vibe. The staff that work here are by far the reason we love to come. There is a lot of amazing wine in the valley but it is the people wine educators and the rest of the staff that make this place the one you want to come to. The staff here to include Dean, Janet, and a special shout out to our special Susan all make us feel like family. We try and make the drive up whenever we can to visit and see our friends here at Refugio Ranch. Thanks again to all of you for making this place a wonderful spot to spend our weekends. They also have the private Ranch tasting at the vineyard for members which is a very special treat. If you are in the area please come in and visit!“
“Wonderful way to pass the time with great friends and tasty wine. Our Buckeye reunion group spent a Saturday afternoon at a Future Perfect tasting. Sonny was the perfect host and did a great job educating us on what makes her wine stand apart from the others. We placed an order to enjoy at home. The delivery arrived quickly.
Shared a bottle of Savi B with family tonight. It was enjoyed by everyone.
If in the area, I highly recommend relaxing on the porch at Future Perfect with a glass, a bottle, or flight.“
“Some of the best musicians locally and across the US have come to play here. The sound system is stellar, created by Chris Pelonis owner, and professional sound studio engineer. The surroundings warm and intimate with beautiful guitars glowing under amber lights on the wall. A locals retreat, and tourists delight.“

“We stopped here after going to Solvang Brewery because we wanted to bar hop but no are specifically trying other beers in the area. We were surprised to walk into a beer shop with a nice gentleman who could tell we looked lost but when I asked about the bar the said it was a membership bar but since it was our first time he let us in as visitors with a pass to what I now know is a speakeasy. Super cool entrance which explains unassuming the beer shop. We were welcomed and impressed by the beer selection on tap. The server was very knowledgeable and the patrons were all extremely friendly and welcoming. We struck up a few conversations about beer, about the locals and just general chit chat with good beer and good people. They also sell snacks and there's an outdoor patio and games to play, things to read, and just a very cool atmosphere overall. Nothing snooty or pretentious about this place. It's great to be in a comfortable setting with mature adults who just love beer! Highly recommend place to chill and slavtually conversate with fellow beer admirerers. We would definitely go back and if you're local a membership is worth it.“

“A fabulous dining experience. I had their chicken dinner with mashed potatoes and garlic spinach. Not only was the chicken moist and fantastic tasting, the portions were generous. I tried my wife's filet mignon, and that too was delicious. Even the drinking water was exceptional, having been filtered with no funny taste of any kind. Our server, Harrison, gave first-class service and was very friendly and personable. Finally the decor was warm and inviting. If you are in town and don't mind paying a little extra for you meal, then stop here. You'll be glad you did.“

“Grappolo in Santa Ynez is a true gem. The food is amazing — bar none, the best ravioli we have ever had. The special pumpkin ravioli was out of this world — we can’t stop talking about it and will probably be dreaming about this dish for the next week. You have to try it! We also had the lemon caper sole, which was equally delicious and perfectly prepared. As self-proclaimed foodies, our expectations were high, but Grapolo far exceeded every one of them. Our server Eric made the evening even more memorable with his warm and attentive service. The quaint ambiance transported us straight to Tuscany — it felt like dining at a family-run hillside restaurant, authentic and second to none. We will absolutely be back — no matter what. Grapolo is a must-visit in Santa Ynez!“

“The only thing I regretted was forgetting to take pictures of the crepes! We ordered a savory and 2 sweet ones, they tasted SO good and were like homemade, they actually were, because they were made right in front of our eyes.
The owner was super nice and sweet, she shared with us the history of the shop and the area. We will definitely return in the future! Thank you so much for the hospitality upon our first visit to Solvang!“

“Everyone in our party of 6 left happy after their dinner. We did 3 courses. Each course was well spaced out for all of us to enjoy each meal. Favorite appetizer the meatballs, and the marinera sauce was done just right. Dinner we all did pizza, spaghetti carbonara, or the Milanese di pollo. Dessert you can't go wrong, but the tiramisu is done so well all the flavors were so well balanced. If you're looking for Italian food in solvang this is the place to go to satisfy your craving.“
