I got two sauce packets, lettuce and tomato in a packet then the guy brought me a packet with onions. All Al a cart. This was the first time this happened. “We've been to the Burger Lounge in Sherman Oaks but last night we were meeting friends who live in Calabasas so Northridge felt like a great mid-point option. There were four of us. I'm an extremely picky eater!! With that said, Bella (Front of House) took my order and even repeated it back twice which included her reading from what she punched into the computer. When my order came to the table it was 100% inaccurate. Kareem (Shift Leader) was very apologetic and wanted to immediately take care of it, which I appreciated. But, I wanted to take it a step further. I wasn't upset but curious as to how this occurred as I knew Bella had inputted the order into the computer correctly. She & Kareem were uncertain as to why it happened. Bella kept apologizing and I learned she was new. I told Bella it was not her fault but she insisted on taking ownership and Kareem wanted to do whatever it took to make me happy. My career involves running a company and training employees to take responsibility and therefore expeditiously turning the situation around. It's all about recovery and between how Burger Lounge trains their staff and the type of genuine human beings that work there....Burger Lounge succeeds at elevating the dining experience! BTW, the food was fabulous and if you're going to add sugar to it, their shakes are FUNomenal. Kareem & Bella are definitely above & beyond employees and the others working there were all happy & helpful. This is the gold standard and a recipe that should be non- negotiable for any business. It was a gift that the error occurred as it showed us what an outstanding establishment Burger Lounge is with outstanding employees. Huge thank you to Kareem & Bella. “Still the best fast food burger out there even though a noticeable reduction in size and a small price increase has made it not such a great deal any longer. Still worth negotiating the parking and the lines though. Very friendly employees. Lots of greetings and smiles. They still need to steal the KFC French fry recipe...inNout fries are not very good in my opinion...for what that's worth! “I don't know where else to submit some feedback so I'll do it here.
The double cheeseburger needs a renovation. The meat was kinda dry, the bread slightly stale and not doing a good job of holding things together. Clumps of lettuce kept falling out. There was a watery mess spilling out of the bottom, from the tomato and sauce. The chopped lettuce defeats the purpose of having lettuce on the bottom. It tasted okay, but it doesn't do a good job of staying intact. A bit too much height on the burger.“

“Topanga Social has quickly become one of my favorite spots in the Valley. We went to STK for dinner and had a fantastic time. The restaurant has a lively yet classy atmosphere that feels both modern and comfortable. It’s the kind of place that works equally well for a special celebration or a casual night out.

The food at STK was excellent—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Every dish tasted like it was prepared with care, and portion sizes were just right. From start to finish, the quality really stood out. Service was just as impressive. Our server was attentive without hovering, answered all our questions, and kept everything moving at a great pace. Drinks, recommendations, timing—it all felt effortless, which made the evening that much more enjoyable.

After dinner, we went to the movie theatres at Topanga Social, and that was the perfect way to round out the night. The theatres were spotless, well-designed, and very comfortable. The reclining seats were a highlight, and the sound and screen quality were excellent. It was easy to relax and enjoy the movie without a single distraction.

What I love most about Topanga Social is that it combines everything in one place—great dining, entertainment, and a vibrant atmosphere. It feels like a destination rather than just a stop, and that makes it special. STK delivered on all fronts, and the theatres added an extra touch that made the whole evening memorable.

“Even if the environment and location are a turn off, the food was worth it. I had the double cheeseburger with chili cheese fries. You are handed a heavy plate of food. The burger was hefty and the fries plentiful.

I'd definitely do the burger again, but skip the fries.“

“This is a hidden gem just off PCH. We absolutely love Country Kitchen!!! Best breakfast burrito in LA in my opinion. The potatoes are seasoned perfectly, the ratio of egg/cheese/potato is perfect and their salsa is delicious! There is parking and some tables outside, great to pick up to-go. We drive from Venice to Country Kitchen almost every weekend to get these.“

“Amazing staff and amazing service!! This is honestly one of my favorite burger spots. I ordered the best burger on the menu and substituted the standard bun with no pickles — it was absolutely delicious. Everything tasted fresh and perfectly made.

“Interesting thing about several local Carl's is I have seen several times that they don't have something. This visit and visits to a few other locations is soda machines out of one or more flavors. This time it was out of several including Coke and Cherry Coke. Other locations often stop serving some items in the evening even though they are Open Late.“

“Ahh the successor to the good ol' Frosty Queen. While it doesn't replace the nostalgia of the Queen, it more makes it up with pretty darn good smash burger. The Goldburger gets it right with the most important component of a burger which is the patty. It had the right amount of saltiness, savoriness, and crispiness that makes for a tasty smash burger. Sure, it's a bit pricey and the presentation is lacking, but in the end, it tasted darn good.

“They turned off the music in the restaurant. It is pretty quiet, since they turned off the Muzak. Plan on spending 5-10min for indoor orders to go. Drive Thru 2-5min. EBT is currently accepted along with the normal forms of payment. I miss the background music, please bring it back :(“
