“We enjoyed brunch at Lovi's. We were sat immediately (with a reservation) and our server was terrific, checking in several times to ensure we were enjoying our food. The food was good with generous portions. It was a bit loud in there as there was a party going on in the private dining room and a soccer team that came in around the same time. Overall I thought it was good but probably not so good for us to drive back to Calabasas.“

We came here for lunch after hearing about it from friends for a long time, and it definitely lived up to the hype!! The ladies at the front were super helpful and gave great recommendations. We ended up trying the soujouk and the peppered turkey, and both were amazing!!

But honestly you guys, that soujouk sandwich… JUST WOW! The soujouk has this perfect spicy, peppery flavor that just hits. I had never tried it with mayo and avocado before, but the combination worked so well together. Everything blended perfectly!

“Generous and delicious sandwiches with the best meats, cheeses, bread, meatballs, and sauce. A fine selection of cheeses, meats antipasto in the deli-case, cookies to canned goods on the dried goods shelves, frozen tiramisu to lasagne in the freezer case. Busy, bustling, yet cozy and friendly. Love everything about our favorite deli!“

“Scott's is one of my favorite spots for breakfast or lunch in Malibu! The staff is extremely personable and take the time to remember your name. Service is quick and the restaurant is clean and welcoming. The food is delicious - I've never met a menu item I didn't love. They have a great range of drink and food options, suitable for all ages. The Monkeybread, Chocolate Babka Bun, and BBQ Brisket Sandwich are next level. Scott's is a must go!“

“This place is amazing. I have been going there for years and now it’s under new management and they just finished renovating it in 2024. The place looks awesome now and it’s super clean. The food is on point, they use the highest quality of meats, breads and other ingredients( Boar’s head meat ) if u know u know ? service is amazing, the owner is there everyday and he’s the FRIENDLIEST, he knows how to run a buisness. It’s inside a liquor store so it’s a one stop shop for your food and drinks to go with it. U could head to the beach right after and enjoy your day.“

“My adult children, Bonnie Weinberg and husband Les picked up a gorgeous deli platter for my 91st birthday yesterday. The tray was fantastic, filled with meat, cheeses, pickles, olives, peppers ssurrounded by lettuce. We've ordered before from other delis, but yours was incredible and delicious. “The description of Ike's to me made it sound like Fat Sal's and I was excited. Truth of the matter is Ike's holds its own, and it didn't disappoint. It has a great menu mixed with Meat and Veggie options. The Mrs. and I split and highly recommend the Captain Carl and the Meatless Mike (I concur "best vegan meatball in America", and Our 3 y/o gives the grilled cheese 👍👍. Our 9y/o swears it was the best grilled cheese she ever had.“

“I love the bagels here they’re always fresh daily and they have the MOST delicious homemade cream cheese. I just wanna climb inside and pull the lid closed. It’s so good.

“Clean and well organized store. All products have proper price tags, no expired food, friendly staff and all wearing masks. I was lucky to pick up freshly baked Russian Rye bread still hot with crispy crust! Honestly, I was positively shocked! Usually Russian stores in LA are horrible, but this one is absolutely opposite. “I had an issue with a ham. Sandra reached out to me and immediately offered to replace it (which is incredibly generous in my opinion). The staff were very friendly, the wait time was very short, considering it was just a few days before Christmas. The only issue was the ham (and since the pandemic, they no longer open the wrapping to show you the ham any more) so I will just make sure to check them in the future (although, I've never had an issue prior to this). Overall, I'm extremely impressed with the Northridge location for their prompt action and willingness to make sure I was happy.“
