“We enjoyed brunch at Lovi's. We were sat immediately (with a reservation) and our server was terrific, checking in several times to ensure we were enjoying our food. The food was good with generous portions. It was a bit loud in there as there was a party going on in the private dining room and a soccer team that came in around the same time. Overall I thought it was good but probably not so good for us to drive back to Calabasas.“

“The description of Ike's to me made it sound like Fat Sal's and I was excited. Truth of the matter is Ike's holds its own, and it didn't disappoint. It has a great menu mixed with Meat and Veggie options. The Mrs. and I split and highly recommend the Captain Carl and the Meatless Mike (I concur "best vegan meatball in America", and Our 3 y/o gives the grilled cheese 👍👍. Our 9y/o swears it was the best grilled cheese she ever had.“

I was lucky to pick up freshly baked Russian Rye bread still hot with crispy crust! Honestly, I was positively shocked! Usually Russian stores in LA are horrible, but this one is absolutely opposite. “I've only had Honeybaked for holidays. Went there for lunch today. Oh my that was the best ham sandwich I've ever had. I never finish my meals but I ate the whole thing. And the potato salad was so good. I'm so stuffed but my mouth still wants more because it was so tasty. 10 stars!“
