“This is an unforgivably overdue review and for that, I must apologize. My daughter and I eat at Agra Tandoori on average of once or twice a week -- and order for pickup or delivery at least once or twice a week more. Here in the San Fernando Valley, we are blessed with an absolute embarrassment of riches when it comes to Indian cuisine... and so many of the establishments are quite good. But there is simply none better than Agra Tandoori.
What sets them apart isn't simply their cuisine; it's their level of service as well. They want every customer, whether a regular or new, to have an enriching experience. The atmosphere is both calming and inviting, and everyone is welcomed in with warmth and appreciation. (And they are wished farewell in the same fashion when leaving.) This is an establishment which appreciates and values its clientele.
As for my daughter and myself -- and all of the family, friends, and clients we bring there as well -- we are treated like we family. Azim takes great pride in her restaurant, the food they serve, and her staff... and she truly knows her "regulars." We've all seen those restaurant owners who walk around greeting their customers, but this is different. Azim doesn't simply greet, she visits. She checks in with us, chats with my daughter as if she is her granddaughter, and swaps stories with us about what's going on in our lives. She's not just a restaurant owner or manager. After all these years, she's a friend.
And of course, the food. Azim loves to talk about the food. (And we love to eat it!) My daughter has a regular standard order that she wants every time -- Paneer Masala (simply magnificent!), garlic basil naan, and rice -- and Azim records it with a smile and a little tease, telling my daughter rather than asking. As for me, while I have my few favorites, every so often I like to trip Azim up and order something different. Everything on the menu is wonderful, whether it's one of the standards like chicken tikka masala, tandoori, biryani, etc., or something off of the beaten path. You simply cannot go wrong, no matter what you order at Agra Tandoori. The ingredients they use are all top-grade. The lamb is succulent, the spinach is fresh, the lentils are delicate, and the sauces are all rich and decadent. The chai tea, iced or hot, is delightfully satisfying. Oh, and for those it matters to, everything is certified halal.
The next time you are craving Indian food, come to Agra Tandoori. I promise you won't be sorry. And I'm fairly certain you'll be back.“

“Found this place a couple years ago, so delicious! The Thai spicy Wings are so good and I also always get the Khao Soi Curry with tofu, papaya salad (no spice), spicy eggplant with Tofu and more. We order a lot and have it the next day as well :) We’ve been to a lot of Thai places here and in the city, and this is still our favorite.
Vegetarian options: Delicious food and if you’re vegetarian you can change any meat/ shell fish for Tofu.“

“The fish speaks for itself. If you’re from Agoura Hills, no need to make the drive to Torrance, DTLA, or OC because this place is on par if not better than all the other authentic sushi experiences.
Highly recommend the black snapper, sweet shrimp, and the bluefin tuna.“

“Was thrilled to find a place with so many vegan and vegetarian options for a bunch of new food I've never tried before! We asked for some recommendations and the ladies explained what each dish was and offered samples. In the end, we went with the Armenian potato salad, mujadara, itch / eech, and lahmajun - all were tasty, but the eech was my favorite. Looking forward to trying more!“

“This has been my family’s go to restaurant for decades. Every time I go here, I am hit with nostalgia. Most birthdays and special occasions were spent here. Since I live out of state now, I always have to stop at chi chi's whenever I visit California. The plain cheese pizza is the best pizza hands down. I’ll never find another pizza like it. Also the cold cut sandwiches are delicious 🤤 I wish chi chis would extend into Oregon 🥲 also, please NEVER go out of business or I would be so devastated lol“

“we have been going to this restaurant for a long time. we love their food But we noticed that they changed the portion size! We understand that everything is getting expensive but they made portion size way little. I ordered vegetarian quesadilla and always ordered and my husband ordered torta and both orders came out too small!! they barely put vegetables inside so we really did not like it!“

“Food is always good here and service as well. I love the endless soup with their meals. Lunch time is a great bargain. Wish they'd have have the option of the sandwiches coming on Italian bread than just all on the bread sticks but they are still pretty good for the price. I go for the meatball sand because it's a cheaper bargain price and I thought it was much better tasting than the chicken sandwich which was about the same as you'd get at Burger King. My wife and I come to Olive Garden mostly when they have the GET ONE TAKE ONE HOME DEAL. Can't beat that. The only reason I don't give this place 5 stars is because all their chicken is not that good and is the same yuck kind you can get at any fast food joint. The meatballs are great. But then if you want to add them to you spaghetti dinner, they charge an extra $3 for 3 meatballs or sausage even. Then that makes spaghetti & meatballs come to about $16 and that is overpriced imo. On some visits the spaghetti sauce is caked with thick tomato slices in it and no other options because it's all made that day. Some days the sauce is more meaty and then the next visit tons of too much tomato slices and it's all watery. Also, being a bigger guy, almost every time we've been here, it's been a bit embarrassing being seated at booths that don't fit me and then having to move and I think the host or hostess should know better and know their tables. Otherwise this is a place we go to for lunch and only for dinner when they have the buy one take one home deal.“

“The waitress named Prince was pretty and nice. It made me want to go back again. I felt comfortable asking what I needed because she was accommodating. The food was delicious and the cook was the one who brought the food on the table. Classy restaurant. We ate there today July 23 at lunch. I commend your waitress. It made a difference to have been served by a hospitable staff. I know because I worked in the hotel industry for 20 years!“

“Been enjoying Carrillo’s since it opened! There’s so many delicious choices, but my favorite go to is the bean and cheese! Nobody else’s even comes close!
Parking: Park in the side alley. It’s easier to get out.
Kid-friendliness: My son lives this place! Bean and cheese, el pastor quesadillas and tamales are his favorite.“

“Olive Garden, what can I say? You’re there for me in ways I never knew I needed. Not emotionally—let’s not get crazy—but pasta-wise, you’re my rock. It’s like you’ve mastered the art of showing up just when I need a bottomless bowl of carbs to get through life’s ups and downs. And when you bring back that “All You Can Eat” pasta and salad deal once a year, well, it’s practically a national holiday in my house. Forget Thanksgiving—I’m giving thanks to Alfredo, marinara, and whatever magic you put in those breadsticks.
My wife and I went to Olive Garden recently for a little midday lunch date, you know, before the chaos of picking up the kids. It’s the kind of date where you’re still wearing your “I’ve given up” sweatpants, but it’s romantic because…pasta. I went for the angel hair pasta with creamy mushroom sauce, because nothing says “I’m sophisticated” like pretending I know the difference between angel hair and spaghetti. She went for the rigatoni with red sauce, classic choice—although I secretly suspect she ordered it just so she wouldn’t have to share. Pro move.
And then, of course, there’s the all-you-can-eat salad. I mean, is it really a trip to Olive Garden without the salad? But I have to ask: what’s with the “all you can eat” part? It feels a bit like a challenge. Like, how much lettuce can one human consume before it stops being fun and starts being a cry for help? I got mine tossed with ranch, because if I’m going to load up on carbs, I might as well go all in with the calories. My wife, though? She’s more sophisticated—chose the chicken gnocchi soup. Which, by the way, is basically the culinary equivalent of a warm hug.
Now, usually the service at Olive Garden is like a well-oiled pasta machine. The servers are attentive, checking in just enough so you never feel forgotten, but not so much that you start wondering if they’re secretly living under the table. This time? Eh, our server was a little less attentive. Not terrible, but just enough for me to wonder if maybe they were trapped in the back, knee-deep in a spaghetti incident. I mean, if you don’t check on me every 10 minutes, how else will I show off my highly impressive ability to devour bowl after bowl of pasta? Exactly.
Despite that minor hiccup, I’ve gotta say, I still love this Olive Garden. The one on Corbin in Northridge, California, is my go-to spot for a reliable, pasta-filled experience. Whether you’re a couple on a midday date like us, or a family of 10 with a toddler throwing breadsticks across the room like it’s a sport, there’s something here for everyone. Just be sure to wear your stretchy pants and pace yourself with the salad—you’ll want to save room for that second (or third) plate of pasta. Trust me.“

“I love soup so I’m happy this has opened near me. I ordered 2 days soup cleansing. They guys in the shop advised 16oz (as it says on the card) however, 16oz of soup 5 x a day would make me sick and fat! So, me and my husband split the tubs and had 8oz per tub. Our 2 day turned into 4 days. I’m unsure of you are really meant to eat the whole 16oz or not because the guys in the store said yes and sold me all this for two days. But definitely half would be the right amount. What I can say is every soup and broth today tasted great. I’m looking forward to day 2 of 4 lol“
