“What an incredible hidden gem! We were craving Italian food and decided to check out Al Italiano. Walked in on a Tuesday night a little before closing. Eddie and the owner Robert greeted us warmly. The menu has some great options and we were indecisive what to order. Our waiter Eddie is a first class professional and answered all our questions with patience and in details. His recommendations were amazing. We ordered Eggplant Parmesan, Veal Piccata, Children’s cheese pizza, Salumiere pizza and their homemade Tiramisu. Everything was excellent and so tasty. The whole experience at Al Italiano was outstanding and unforgettable. Robert is a great business owner who actually cares and treats you like family. His whole staff is very respectful and helpful. The ambiance is very Italian and welcoming. We found a true gem! Thank you Robert, Eddie and staff! We will be back soon!“

“This is 100% my favorite acai bowl spot in LA! I eat acai bowls every day so that says a lot haha I love that the acai bowls aren’t frozen or icy. The green acai is my favorite but I’ve liked every one I’ve had! The prices are also really good for what you’re getting! I hope they open another location more in West LA as that’s closer to me! And thanks for giving my dog a puppacino :)“

“This place is one of the best Pho places I’ve eaten at in years. The food overall was sooo phenomenal and exquisite! THIS PLACE tastes like real genuine homey food. 😍The soup specifically ohhhhh my goodness😛😍 it is so delicious. The atmosphere and the waitress were so friendly and welcoming!!! “I ordered online. My food was ready when I went to pick it up. The staff was nice. I enjoyed my breakfast burrito. It was huge and yummy. It took me two days to finish it. My significant other didn't enjoy his as much. I did have a problem with finding this establishment. Because when I ordered the BAB burritos (the name of the breakfast burrito) I thought that was the name of the place too.🤭 So I was shocked to find out it was the hot dog place.
I noticed it was a shared parking lot. Just a bit confusing.“

“The two ladies who closed on September 12th 2024 were absolute angels and went above and beyond giving the BEST customer service ever.
It was my best friend's bday and the were so kind and explained all the flavors he asked about and of course gave samples and I know it seems like such a little thing but they really made the end of our night with their great personalities, perfect service, and overall sweetness.
They were about to close and it was past 9 and a huge group of people came and wanted ice cream (we were sitting nearby) and they invited them over and said we will stay open for you guys, no problem and they took excellent care of that huge group as well, which in my opinion, is above and beyond.
I wish I caught their names, they were two beautiful brunette young ladies and they deserve so much praise and recognition for.just being wonderful.
If neither of them owned it, then the boss must be proud to have them as employees...and I hope he takes as great care of them as they do the customers!!“

“Smaller hole in wall type eatery. Teriyaki bowl was great. Great value for price. They charge to use a credit card here.
Parking: Parking is pretty terrible here, directly in front of the eatery. Located between a liquor store and a laundry mat and it makes finding a place to park difficult.“

“I'm crazy about this place. Such a nice comfy atmosphere. They made me an iced latte with oatmilk and it's delicious! The best part is it's 1/2 price if you use your Capita One card. It's on the first floor of the Westfield Topanga mall across from a store called Madewell and under Lucky Brand Jeans.“

“Closest to home cooking I've found thus far in the West San Fernando Valley!
The food is always as expected. Hot, flavorful, mildly spicy and more than I can eat in a sitting!
The salsa is a bit lackluster: watery and not very flavorful, but, I don't go here to fill up on chips and salsa😉
I've visited this restaurant a few times in the past six months; tasting a variety of dishes: tacos, burrito, enchiladas, chile colorado.
All are served with ample sides (typically Spanish rice and pinto beans). The food taste like 'homemade food' should taste. The dishes have a familiar depth of flavor that takes me back to my Auntie's kichen.
They must use family recipes as the food always has that comforting feeling you get when someone serves you a plate made with love and pride!
I've yet to be disappointed in my meal and don't anticipate I will!
Give them a try, you'll be back time and again!!!

“I love this store!! When I first got my nespresso machine I ordered the coffees online only. I was nervous to go in the store because it seemed so fancy and I am not a super fancy gal, but I was totally surprised by how sweet and helpful everybody in the store was!! The displays are very nice and I like that there is a little wait before they call you to the counter to order what you want because it gives you some time to look at the new flavors and products they have available! I went yesterday and saw a new pistachio vanilla double espresso (double espresso is my fave) and I ended up deciding to buy some which I wouldn't have done if I didn't have time to look around!! I'm so glad I bought it because it is 100% my new favorite coffee I have ever tried!! While you are waiting they also have a coffee bar and a very nice man made us some samples of different kinds and explained all the tasting notes and everything, it felt very fancy but I also did not feel judged or out of place. Last but not least, the girls at the checkout are SO NICE AND SWEET they are amazing and made the whole experience for me!!!🫶🏻🩷 This nespresso store has some amazing people working in it and I can definitely say that I will never order online again as long as I can make it to the store because it is so much fun to come in and shop here! I wish I had remembered the names of the people who helped me, but everyone working there deserves a huge raise!! I will definitely be back soon. Thank you so much to the team at Topanga!!🩷✨️🩷✨️“

“I would like to say I have never had this happen to me before my debit card was not working I am a doordash driver and the card kept declining because there was a fraud alert on it which I cleared but yet it still declined again I went through the drive-thru and I was assisted by George and he was very patient with the issue as I pulled over somewhere to take care of the problem which I thought it had been taken care of come to find out they were closing the drinks had already been made and I tried to run the transaction again after clearing the fraud alert and it still declined George insisted that he would pay for it out of his own pocket and when I told him that I would bring him back the money as soon as the card was cleared he told me don't worry about it has such a smooth character his customer service is over and beyond definitely a bright future for him as a manager due to his dedication for his customers thank you very much George I've never had this happen to me before and I appreciate you 1,000%“

“Topanga Social has quickly become one of my favorite spots in the Valley. We went to STK for dinner and had a fantastic time. The restaurant has a lively yet classy atmosphere that feels both modern and comfortable. It’s the kind of place that works equally well for a special celebration or a casual night out.
The food at STK was excellent—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Every dish tasted like it was prepared with care, and portion sizes were just right. From start to finish, the quality really stood out. Service was just as impressive. Our server was attentive without hovering, answered all our questions, and kept everything moving at a great pace. Drinks, recommendations, timing—it all felt effortless, which made the evening that much more enjoyable.
After dinner, we went to the movie theatres at Topanga Social, and that was the perfect way to round out the night. The theatres were spotless, well-designed, and very comfortable. The reclining seats were a highlight, and the sound and screen quality were excellent. It was easy to relax and enjoy the movie without a single distraction.
What I love most about Topanga Social is that it combines everything in one place—great dining, entertainment, and a vibrant atmosphere. It feels like a destination rather than just a stop, and that makes it special. STK delivered on all fronts, and the theatres added an extra touch that made the whole evening memorable.
Five stars all the way—we’ll definitely be back!“
