“The two ladies who closed on September 12th 2024 were absolute angels and went above and beyond giving the BEST customer service ever.

It was my best friend's bday and the were so kind and explained all the flavors he asked about and of course gave samples and I know it seems like such a little thing but they really made the end of our night with their great personalities, perfect service, and overall sweetness.

They were about to close and it was past 9 and a huge group of people came and wanted ice cream (we were sitting nearby) and they invited them over and said we will stay open for you guys, no problem and they took excellent care of that huge group as well, which in my opinion, is above and beyond.

I wish I caught their names, they were two beautiful brunette young ladies and they deserve so much praise and recognition for.just being wonderful.

If neither of them owned it, then the boss must be proud to have them as employees...and I hope he takes as great care of them as they do the customers!!“

“Topanga Social has quickly become one of my favorite spots in the Valley. We went to STK for dinner and had a fantastic time. The restaurant has a lively yet classy atmosphere that feels both modern and comfortable. It’s the kind of place that works equally well for a special celebration or a casual night out.

The food at STK was excellent—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Every dish tasted like it was prepared with care, and portion sizes were just right. From start to finish, the quality really stood out. Service was just as impressive. Our server was attentive without hovering, answered all our questions, and kept everything moving at a great pace. Drinks, recommendations, timing—it all felt effortless, which made the evening that much more enjoyable.

After dinner, we went to the movie theatres at Topanga Social, and that was the perfect way to round out the night. The theatres were spotless, well-designed, and very comfortable. The reclining seats were a highlight, and the sound and screen quality were excellent. It was easy to relax and enjoy the movie without a single distraction.

What I love most about Topanga Social is that it combines everything in one place—great dining, entertainment, and a vibrant atmosphere. It feels like a destination rather than just a stop, and that makes it special. STK delivered on all fronts, and the theatres added an extra touch that made the whole evening memorable.

“What an incredible hidden gem! We were craving Italian food and decided to check out Al Italiano. Walked in on a Tuesday night a little before closing. Eddie and the owner Robert greeted us warmly. The menu has some great options and we were indecisive what to order. Our waiter Eddie is a first class professional and answered all our questions with patience and in details. His recommendations were amazing. We ordered Eggplant Parmesan, Veal Piccata, Children’s cheese pizza, Salumiere pizza and their homemade Tiramisu. Everything was excellent and so tasty. The whole experience at Al Italiano was outstanding and unforgettable. Robert is a great business owner who actually cares and treats you like family. His whole staff is very respectful and helpful. The ambiance is very Italian and welcoming. We found a true gem! Thank you Robert, Eddie and staff! We will be back soon!“

“This is 100% my favorite acai bowl spot in LA! I eat acai bowls every day so that says a lot haha I love that the acai bowls aren’t frozen or icy. The green acai is my favorite but I’ve liked every one I’ve had! The prices are also really good for what you’re getting! I hope they open another location more in West LA as that’s closer to me! And thanks for giving my dog a puppacino :)“

“I just don’t understand how anyone could not give this place 5 stars? We were staying in the Canoga area for a couple nights and tried a few different places. We felt Topanga Social was lack luster and saw this place across the street. We went in about 45 minutes before closing. Sometimes places can get weird if you come in the last 30-45 minutes before closing but the staff here was super nice. We ordered a few different things to go. Wings, burger, hot dog and chili cheese tots. Everything was so dang good and quality. The cook was so nice and boxed our chili and cheese separate from the tots so they wouldn’t get soggy. Just an all around good spot. Good food and good people. We would literally drive out of our way to come here again when traveling LA area.“

“All my friends know when we come to shop @ topanga, I have to stop by for my coffee here at the Cafe. Verve has always had good service but today it really exceeded my expectation, definitely unreasonable hospitality!! It seems everytime i go the oven is never working so I’ve had a couple cold chocolate croissants & they’re still so yummy! But I couldn’t get anything from the menu i wanted this time, so I just ordered my coffee & after I was waiting for my coffee, the Man at the counter was so kind to give me two cupcakes!! It made my day for sure, I didn’t get his name but he was awesome!“

Parking: Parking is pretty terrible here, directly in front of the eatery. Located between a liquor store and a laundry mat and it makes finding a place to park difficult.“

The food is always as expected. Hot, flavorful, mildly spicy and more than I can eat in a sitting!

The salsa is a bit lackluster: watery and not very flavorful, but, I don't go here to fill up on chips and salsa😉

I've visited this restaurant a few times in the past six months; tasting a variety of dishes: tacos, burrito, enchiladas, chile colorado.
All are served with ample sides (typically Spanish rice and pinto beans). The food taste like 'homemade food' should taste. The dishes have a familiar depth of flavor that takes me back to my Auntie's kichen.
They must use family recipes as the food always has that comforting feeling you get when someone serves you a plate made with love and pride!
I've yet to be disappointed in my meal and don't anticipate I will!

Give them a try, you'll be back time and again!!!

“I love this store!! When I first got my nespresso machine I ordered the coffees online only. I was nervous to go in the store because it seemed so fancy and I am not a super fancy gal, but I was totally surprised by how sweet and helpful everybody in the store was!! The displays are very nice and I like that there is a little wait before they call you to the counter to order what you want because it gives you some time to look at the new flavors and products they have available! I went yesterday and saw a new pistachio vanilla double espresso (double espresso is my fave) and I ended up deciding to buy some which I wouldn't have done if I didn't have time to look around!! I'm so glad I bought it because it is 100% my new favorite coffee I have ever tried!! While you are waiting they also have a coffee bar and a very nice man made us some samples of different kinds and explained all the tasting notes and everything, it felt very fancy but I also did not feel judged or out of place. Last but not least, the girls at the checkout are SO NICE AND SWEET they are amazing and made the whole experience for me!!!🫶🏻🩷 This nespresso store has some amazing people working in it and I can definitely say that I will never order online again as long as I can make it to the store because it is so much fun to come in and shop here! “Every single time I’ve been here, it’s great. My order is not particularly difficult or elaborate, but you’d be amazed how often it’s done incorrectly in terms of portions. Well, these folks have NEVER messed it up. Also, Im always greeted with big smiles and they remember my name. I don’t come every day nor weekly. So with the amount of people and traffic they get, it’s pretty awesome they get it right every single time. They are super pumped and so efficient. I wish all Starbucks had these dynamics and I wish the closest one to me was this cool. I appreciate it the good customer service and for always getting my coffee right.“
