“Stopped by on a Saturday afternoon to grab some take-out for dinner. This location is tucked away in an industrial park so on the weekend there is plenty of parking.

This is truly a no-frills location which seems to do nothing but takeout since there is just a couple seats inside to eat-in and no bathrooms from what I could see. It gets the job done since when I was in there for 10 minutes waiting on my food I saw multiple customers and delivery drivers arrive to get their food. Nobody sat down to eat. Perhaps during the weekdays people will stay longer to eat.

My order consisted of delta catfish and shrimp (both fried), baby-back ribs and fried okra. The catfish was perfect, cooked just enough for a nice crunch but very juicy and flavorful inside. Shrimp were large and full of flavor as well. Ribs were smokey and meaty. Okra hit the spot and was a crowd favorite at home. Overall I'd come back again very soon and will probably try the fried chicken along with the catfish again since it was so good.“

“I usually pick up food from Guahan grill. It is the best place for Chamorro food we have found in coastal north county San Diego. Service is good and friendly. Spam musubi/roll, red rice and chicken kelaguen are my go to items here. And The spice is just right.“

“The food here is fresh off the grill. Be prepared to wait 15 mins. Call ur order in advance. Servings are large, really 2 meals in one. That being said, it's fresh, it's clean, it's good to go ! Atmosphere is OK for casual lunch, not so much for dinner. Git it to go !!Way better than L&L !!“

“The perfect spot for catering any party! I've used this specific L & L location many times over the years for parties. They are so friendly and helpful getting the order exactly right. A couple of family members have food allergies, and L&L has always been so accommodating. They have always met timelines and also offer delivery to the event which is so nice. Crystal and her team are truly all-stars. She really treats you like family when you work with her. The food is amazing too. Don't forget to add on some lumpia because it's very authentic and delicious. I will always support this business for how well they've treated my family and I over the years. Mahalo!

“Can't say enough about this delicious Jamaican restaurant! It reminds me of the good old days when you could get some good food from another culture and not fork over a third of your paycheck. Food has become so expensive these days, but the prices at One Love are reasonable. ANNND the food is SOO GOOD. The staff were quite friendly and put us at ease. I tried all the side dishes - so yummy!
My kids had the coconut chicken curry and BBQ beef (both delicious) because they are not spicy, and my hubby and I had the BBQ Jerk chicken and the Oxtail. All of it was so good with lots of flavor that danced together in my mouth. YUM.
We really enjoyed tasting new dishes and learning about the cuisine. The steamed cabbage was actually quite tasty - which I didn't expect. We also enjoyed some Jamaican drinks with our meal, which made it taste all the more authentic. Yum yum yum. We all highly recommend One Love!“
