“This small mom-and-pop shop offers well-made sandwiches at the right price, though seating is limited to a single table. It's a great spot for a quick and tasty lunch if you can snag the table, or perfect for takeout to enjoy elsewhere. I would recommend the Sante Fe sandwich.“

“I wanted to acknowledge a staff member and a manager who went above to help with an issue.
We had ordered online for home delivery and the order turned out to be incorrect upon delivery. After discovering the issue, I called the local Bressi Ranch location where we’d placed the order and explained the situation. The staff member (Nicole) with whom I spoke verified the order that we placed and was not only understanding, but apologetic and suggested that we speak to one of the mangers to get a resolution. She managed it up the right way, but since it was during the dinner rush and very busy we couldn’t get that manager on the phone after a wait, so she suggested calling back a little later or the following day when it was less hectic.
The next day I happened to be in the area so decided to stop by. I spoke with a manger (Angelica) and explained the situation. She listened intently and verified everything again (as she should) and went the extra mile to make it right by offering us an in-store gift card to use on our next visit. She did this with kindness, professionalism and a smile! We were most appreciative as we really enjoy the fresh food options at Mendocino Farms and will definitely be back thanks to a great customer service experience! Keep up the great work!“

“5 Stars for this Jersey Mike's location and staff. They are fast and know how to build a great sandwich that each slice of meat is cut to order! We even had one sandwich with Gluten Free bread that was really good. Love my sandwich built "Mike's way" and always fresh Italian subs you can beat it!

“I go here for lunch on a pretty regular basis. The people that work here are honestly the best. Friendly when I come in the store, order is always ready, and special requests on the pickup order are always fulfilled. Definitely one of the best locations I've been to.“

“Breakfast is a surprise. Don't let the appearance fool you as the portions are just right. Basic breakfast and egg scramble all with crispy (emphasize on crispy), bacon is well seasoned and presented. Muffins are excellent and well sized. Just be sure to ask and point to the exact flavor and muffin since the look of the muffin may not match the flavor - it can be deceptive (in an interesting way). Overall, very good breakfast.“

Despite some challenges around our program’s net-30 payment terms, Phil didn’t bat an eye — his professionalism and willingness to work with us stood out immediately.

The sandwiches were incredibly fresh, the display was beautifully done, and the service was top-notch. Phil was a joy to work with, and we had more than enough food to share with our local sheriff’s department, highway patrol, CalFIRE, Secret Service, and Assemblymembers — everyone was raving about it!
