“I’ve been all over this world over seven times! And no one makes a pie like Rosario’s Pizza. As a child I used to live around the corner from this place an was spoiled to enjoy its many different choices of superior ingredients and the most amazing Mozzarella. But the magic is truly in its crust! Crunchy and chewy in the same bite. The combination is Un-duplicated by any imitators! I wish I lived at least a 100 miles from Carson, Ca because I would drive there often to get fresh Italian treasures often! It’s Heaven on Earth!“

“Th workers were really nice! I told them that this was my first time visiting and that I’d been following them for quite sometime. The young lady at the register took her time with me and was very warming. I ordered the pepperoni pizza and plain wings with the Buffalo sauce on the side and it was very tasty! “YO! This pasta. OH MY GOSH. I got the angel hair with the pink sauce and … it was one of the best things to grace my lips. It. Was. So. Good. I cannot wait to have my leftovers until later, so breakfast it is! Highly highly highly recommend checking this place out! And the service is absolutely incredible.“

“My wife and I had our first date night since our baby was born, and L'Opera was the perfect choice! We started with the calamari, which we both loved, followed by the fish of the day (sea bass) for her, and the filet for me—both were cooked to absolute perfection. Everything was flavorful and beautifully done without being over the top. The service was also fantastic. Roberto and Antonio were super attentive and friendly, which made the night feel even more special. We wanted to treat ourselves, and this place really delivered. Highly recommend for a great night out!“

“What a fantastic discovery. I was craving calzones and used to have a spot in Los Feliz which I would go out of my way for. After trying a few places which fell short of the mark in South Bay, I almost gave up on finding authentic Italian food locally. The search was worth it as this is now going to be one of my forever places to come on a regular basis. From the calzone, to the pizza, salads and even the Cannoli Siciliani Pistacchio, everything has been nothing short of amazing. To top it off, it’s family run and they are all the sweetest and most warm people I’ve encountered at any local restaurant. If you haven’t tried them yet, you need to stop by.“

“We were headed to our hotel from Venice Beach and craving Italian. Driving past Italy’s Little Kitchen, we decided to take a chance and try it out. When I tell you words can’t describe how delicious their food was. My 5yr old son rarely eats much of his food when dining out, he’s more of a snacked/small meals throughout the day and he ate 3/4 of his pizza. Below is my leftover Chicken Piccata and a sliver of their fresh bread. I didn’t think my food could get any better, but this late night snack was 100% better. The chicken & vegetables marinated in the capers & sauce. If you are in the area, you should definitely stop by. I promise you won’t regret.“

“I was told Torrance location is better than the others due to them not watering down their recipes.
It held true.
Soups are thicker and more flavorful.
I try the steak Gorgonzola pasta dish when I go to other locations & Torrance blew the rest out of the water.
Service was amazing.
The manager attended us and everything was on point.
Just want to say, if you love Olive Garden, try this location.“

“For the LB Food week special the appetizers were two seafood items- an oyster and a scallop served separately and beautiful. Both delicious but the oyster's drizzle of lime, cucumber, jalapeno and dotted with ikura (roe) was particularly enchanting. The scallop sauce was tangy and delish as well with a splash of chili oil. The last appetizer was a parker house roll, which was good but I prefer regular bread. But it was nicely grilled and had a nice whipped butter calabrian chili spread on the side. It was petite so no worries about it killing your appetite.
The Pappardelle pasta itself was fresh but I found the simple sundried tomatoes and garlic confit sauce a tad on the plain side. But a nice portion to share.
The tri-tip apparently was the popular selection for this menu over the swordfish which is always on the menu. Kudos to the chef that it was prepared perfectly. The heirloom tomatoes with tiny slices of pepper were a nice contrast.
The dessert was a refreshing strawberry compote (perhaps not the correct food term) but it was a nice light dairy dessert with fresh strawberries albeit it would be great with little used rhubarb.
Service was good.
Super cute place with ample patio seating. Yes, you can bring your (little) dog but be mindful that it's first come/first serve so you and your pet may have to be seated elsewhere if the dog vibes get out of hand, which is what happened last night. Luckily, Ellie's has two patio sections and everyone was happy.
Also, note, that Ellie's suggest that if you need transportation to get here, consider an Uber/Lyft. Residential parking takes up most of the immediate area. Long Beach bus #121 drops off on Ocean Blvd, which is 4 or so blocks away.“

“Got an italian job sub after leaving a concert. It was decent. Not the best sandwich I've ever had, and not the worst. The way the bread was cut made it a little hard to eat, as the toppings kept falling out, but it tasted pretty good. I would like to try the pizza... maybe next time.“

The consistency in how thoroughl the food, service and atmosphere truly is you will definitely never be disappointed!!!

“Great pastrami sandwich! Great bread that they toast in the pizza oven. I have been numerous times now and while I want to be able to talk to the rest of their menu....I cant. I ordered the pastrami sandwich my first time and have never looked back. But I am sure they have got some other great dishes to offer, pretty big menu. It's a cute local little spot to grab food or eat on their little patio. Highly recommend“

“We wanted to put a twist on Canadian bacon and pineapple extra large. Instead of Canadian bacon we asked for sausage and beef meatballs chopped with additional mushrooms. It was a pretty big pizza for only 28 something with tax. $3 per extra topping. It was delicious!“
