“The absolute best coffee stop in Morro Bay. At Groggy Scallywag I ordered a mocha and a pastry, and both were better than they had any right to be — rich, balanced, and clearly made with care. The owner was warm and genuinely helpful, and the order came out fast without feeling rushed.
The shop itself is easy to settle into: calm, welcoming, and just pleasant enough that you don’t want to leave. Step outside and the boat dock is right down the corridor, with clear views of Morro Rock and the harbor. Coffee this good, with that view a short walk away, is a hard combination to beat. I’ll be back.“

“Great vibe immediately upon walking in the door. First rate service. Might be the best breakfast burrito I’ve ever had. Outstanding coffee…medium americano. Killer art. Skater/surfer/local artist/inclusive tags galore. They’re doing it right and the comfort, along with the smiles, of the patrons was clearly evident and confirming.“

“It's a cute and convenient drive thru coffee kiosk. It was hard to hear her on the drive thru speakers. And two specialty large coffes were $15. So that's $7.50 for a specialty hot mocha and a large specialty iced coffee. They put a chocolate covered coffee bean on top of the lid, so fun presentation. If you are looking for a high-end drive thru coffee kiosk, this is a good one.“

We have almond croissant and Chocolate croissant, both of them were decent. Not great.
Banana loaf which is Gluten Free and Vegan was really good. And something I would recommend.
Coffee was good, again not great.
But over all a good place to have coffee and quick bite.“

“Stopped in here a few days ago based on a recommendation from a friend. We tried ice cream on the first night & a chocolate muffin & strawberry pop over the second. All of it was great! Great service, great atmosphere. Plenty of parking. I hear the homemade healthy dog treats are very popular, although we did not try any. Definitely recommend stopping by if you're in the area.“

“I love this place! They have the best bowls ever and their granola that is simple and tastes homemade always makes me a happy customer. Sometimes the bowls can come out a little slower but overall 5/5 because of the quality!“

“Stopped for a quick sit down breakfast. I had eaten here a couple years ago traveling the california coast highway and the facility was very nice then. I was pleasantly surprised to see the facility was still an immaculate well maintained facility. That's very important to me when you sit down in any dining area. It just made for a very relaxing meal. My order was brought to me promptly and the food was the perfect temp. The hostess came by with a nice tote tray that had all the condiments and with a big smile. Not every McDonalds is like this but i'd definitely recommend this one.“

“Our friends who live in Cayucos recommended this place when we were visiting. They had a seasonal Pumpkin Spice latte which I cant pass up and it was made exactly the way I like it. It was the right level of sweetness meaning that you aren't tired of the taste before you finish it. It was delicious all the way through. My wife and I split a ham and cheese croissant and that hit the spot! Our friends shared the coffee cake and they enjoyed that as well. We placed our order to go and headed to the nearby beach to enjoy our small breakfast. Will definitely return when we come back down to the area again“
