The coffee is all delicious and well made, and the owner/employee we talked with during our three visits was friendly and knowledgeable about the area.
The decor was fun, and it's right on the main street next to the harbor so it's the ideal location to grab a coffee then explore the shops and head towards Morro Rock or towards the park in the other direction.“

“This is a really cool stop next time you are in Cayucos. There are really nice people working the coffee bars and food looks great too. I have not been able to try the food but have heard they do a great job. The vibe is cool and the coffee is amazing and hot.“

“It's a cute and convenient drive thru coffee kiosk. It was hard to hear her on the drive thru speakers. And two specialty large coffes were $15. So that's $7.50 for a specialty hot mocha and a large specialty iced coffee. They put a chocolate covered coffee bean on top of the lid, so fun presentation. If you are looking for a high-end drive thru coffee kiosk, this is a good one.“

“If the landlord special was a coffee shop. No vibe, mid and overpriced coffee, and they don’t let you plug your laptop in anywhere. They will come over and tell you to unplug it. Too loud inside for a conversation and despite being the biggest building in town, there’s barely any seating. It’s a shame because the space has so much potential if someone who actually gave a shit about the local community moved in. The goat cheese leek scone FIRE tho“

“Stopped in here a few days ago based on a recommendation from a friend. We tried ice cream on the first night & a chocolate muffin & strawberry pop over the second. All of it was great! Great service, great atmosphere. Plenty of parking. I hear the homemade healthy dog treats are very popular, although we did not try any. Definitely recommend stopping by if you're in the area.“

“The food is excellent, but the wait is long! Servers prioritize drink orders and leave the food orders waiting. We waited 40 minutes for two orders of avacado toast. Everyone that was left waiting had ordered food. The drink orders were moving out pretty quickly.“

“I have been a supporter/consumer of Starbucks coffee and their other products for decades. I/we have eaten inside of locations for breakfast on numerous occasions and this was the first time I was asked for here or to go? I said well here of course. My breakfast came out on a plate! It was even hand delivered by the very friendly/smiling Cathy! My coffee also came out in a great big mug that was also a pleasant surprise! This next level of customer service was unexpected but at the same time I was touched by how special the employees here made it feel like another level of relaxation and exemplary customer service! If I lived closer (we are in the Seattle area) I would make this my number one place for coffee! Thanks again for a memorable trip down superior customer service lane with a big shout out to Cathy!“

“If you are visiting Avila Beach it’s a must to put Hula Hut on your list to stop for a delicious hand scooped ice cream! Your choice of cup, sugar cone, or waffle cone! The line can look long but the scoopers are fast and the wait is short! The store also has a huge variety of fun things to shop for from wind chimes to kitchen towels and much much more! I know the employees there enjoy their job because they are all smiling and laughing as they serve their customers. Highly recommend!!!“

“Stopped for a quick sit down breakfast. I had eaten here a couple years ago traveling the california coast highway and the facility was very nice then. I was pleasantly surprised to see the facility was still an immaculate well maintained facility. That's very important to me when you sit down in any dining area. It just made for a very relaxing meal. My order was brought to me promptly and the food was the perfect temp. The hostess came by with a nice tote tray that had all the condiments and with a big smile. Not every McDonalds is like this but i'd definitely recommend this one.“
