“On a day date with my husband, we set off in search of coffee and we stumbled across Lunada. It opened up just as we walked across their front porch. We decided to have a glass of wine or cocktail before moving on.

After seeing the menu, my husband decided we were staying for fillets. I am so glad we did. The mixed drinks were fantastic and the filets, absolute perfection.

The atmosphere was one that offers a sophisticated dining experience high-quality service, but without the formality and strictness associated with fine dining. It is definitely a place where you can relax and enjoy a delicious meal without feeling a rigid formality you might in other places.

We decided to sit in the garden and it was peaceful and relaxing. There is also indoor seating if that’s more your pace. Or if the weather is not cooperative.

The weight staff was friendly and welcoming.

Would definitely recommend two friends and family in the area and we will be back!“

“So many amazing looking options for vegans! We tried the tempeh taco, jackfruit tacos, and island smoothie. Everything was so good. The tempeh taco looks more like a large salad with a taco on the side. The cilantro cream dressing was delicious. Everything we got had lots of flavor and felt like you were eating something nourishing. Very casual eating environment, which we liked. Highly recommend!“

“We love coming to the LA Parisienne every time we we are in town for our vacations. The sandwiches are fantastic. the croissants and baguettes are delicious. the pastries are amazing. They now have 2 patios—the new one in front is a positive addition, and the original one is still lovely with all the garden plants. “Nice place but... We visited this beautiful restaurant on July 30th For drinks and appetizers. We sat outside on the patio and it was lovely, the food was delicious and the wine very enjoyable. We recognized that we were seated at the table for about 2 1/2 - 3 hours so we continued to order appetizers and dessert while we were enjoying our wine and we also planned on leaving a generous tip. Toward the end of our stay as we were ordering our final glass of wine and dessert and were told by the waitress that she could not serve us anymore alcohol and and it has something to do with the ABC but she could not explain exactly what the issue was. Being in my 60's and never being denied service in my entire life, I was quite taken aback. We were served the dessert but no more alcohol. We paid our bill and walked down the street to another establishment where we continued to have our final glass of wine and watch the sunset and then walk back to the hotel. I'm still baffled by what occurred.“

“It’s hard to judge where to go because I feel like a lot of reviews are fake. I’m pleased to say this place was legit. My burrito wasn’t over loaded with rice like they do at some places and the meat was tender and full of flavor. I saw my girlfriend raise her eyebrows in surprise as she took a bite of her taco. She said it was good and she’s a tough critic when it comes to Mexican food. We frequent Morro Bay so we will definitely return.“

“A girls weekend in Paso started with a patio tasting at Lone Madrone. Our server Mary walked us through some history and info on their dry farming and organic practices behind their wines. We tasted five wines and their English Bristols cider. My favs were the 2022 Estate Zinfandel and the 2022 Old Hat. I loved the fact that the winemaker's son designed the gorgeous label for the Zin, featuring a wreath of the cover crop they use in their organic vineyards. I got a bottle and once it's empty, I have plans to put some twinkly lights in it.

It was disappointing that although the winery confirmed with our organizer that they had lunch available at the time of our Friday visit (we did have a reserved tasting reservation), it turned out that they were not serving lunch that day! But it ended up working out - we drove down the road and had an outstanding lunch with great cocktails at Barton's Kitchen.“

“I am local and was there for the first time. Food was good, but they should throw in rice and tea with an entree, like Chinese restaurants formerly did. Was a little pricey for what you got. They need to do promos.“

“We’ve been going to Hofbrau for over 20 years. Just had one of the best meals ever there today. Sat outside on the new glass enclosed deck over the water. Amazing view. Beautiful day. Had the best, tender and flavorful roast beef sandwich- a jailhouse (roast beef, pastrami & provolone - a Reuben and calamari strips. It was all perfect!“

Fun to eat outside on the patio while watching live music or golfers (depending on the day), or to eat inside watching sports on the large screen TVs. “We wanted a fairly light, casual meal and went to Windows on the Water, which turned out to be the perfect place for us tonight. There are many tables and chairs outside overlooking the boat slips but we sat inside because the breeze was too chilly for us. It's simply furnished with wooden tables and chairs. The menu is huge with an amazing number of choices in many varieties. We each started with a cup of their very good clam chowder. Then my wife had a Mexican shrimp cocktail and I had the Mahi Mahi tacos. Both were very good and way too large for either of us to finish. Service was excellent. Very good waiter. We've been there before and will definitely go back. Recommend it highly.“

“We had the Fish and Chips. It was cooked perfect. The Restaurant has a dog friendly enclosed patio. Everyone last night, staff and the other dinners visited with our hound dog. It's just a fun, clean restaurant. The view of the Morro Bay Estuary on the patio is a real treat. This is our 2nd time to stay at Inn at Morro Bay....we will be back.“

His interest in the matter went above and beyond expectations. His willingness to make things right, was heartfelt- that's sometimes hard to encounter now-a-days. I encourage the owner of this establishment to also recognize this amazing employee by promoting or at least giving him a raise... as he's earned it- we will continue to be customers!
